Everything is perfect!! The room and bathroom is clean. Breakfast is good and staff is so nice! The hotel just 5mins walk from the train station, good!!

The breakfast was large and very good. personnel all very polite and willing to help.Newspapers and magazines in the lobby.The location is great, a short walk from the train station and an equal short walk from the main street. In the room I didn't find a kettle, but when I asked I could borrow one. the reason they took them out of the rooms: some guests in the past were cooking food in the kettles and damaged them!
A nice view would be a plus, but I understand that other houses also have a right to exist, so I could look into the nice house next to the hotel.

We loved the location and the view was superb our balcony was huge. Our apartment was very spacious and suited our family of 5 well. Beds were comfortable and we had all we needed in the kitchen. Really the hotel exceeded our expectations and is a 4 star in our eyes The breakfast was wonderful or we could make our own or visit a close by bakery.
Nothing to complain about really, some basic sugar and salt would have been handy in the apartment and although we got some info from front desk a little more would have helped however we went to the tourist centre and worked out our hikes, plans from info there.

The location is really nice, walking distance to the three stations to explore Matterhorn, and the apartment is really comfortable. We had a great time there and the breakfast provided us with full energy to start our journey in Zermatt. The towels and blankets were always neat and clean when we got back to our room every day. This hotel is really suitable for family and the elders. I really enjoy my vacation in Zermatt and my rest in Hotel Perrin and I wish I could come back again!

The breakfast is delicious. The location is good. The room I stayed was “comfort single room” and it was comfort as said, bed was good and the room was not small. There was no kettle in the room but can be borrowed from reception so not a problem. And there’re 10 hangers in the closet, not so common for a single room. Reception and the breakfast restaurant staffs were nice.
