Pros: Very modern and nice
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable rooms and great spa
Cons: Doesn’t cater for non meat eaters
6,7 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly, rooms clean, and complementary desserts and water left out for guests was really nice. If you splurge for the sky lofts you can get a beautiful view of the mountains. We stayed at both the regular apartments and the sky loft. The regular apartments didn’t have air conditioning but were spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The skyloft we stayed in was very modern with air conditioning and extremely cozy. Since we were going for more of a romantic stay we asked to upgrade and the staff member was extremely kind and let us see the room before we agreed. They even gave us a slight discount which was much appreciated. The food at the restaurant is pricey but worth it.
Cons: Overall the hotel is extremely overpriced for what you get. We were disappointed upon arrival with the location. The property is off a busy street and in between other apartment buildings. The photos are a bit misleading as it looks like the property is more in nature. If you don’t splurge to get the sky lofts (which are around 190 euro per night per person) then you have a view of the apartment across the street along with the parking lot. It’s also very close to the pool so hanging out in the balcony can be awkward. We went for our first wedding anniversary and made a dinner reservation in advance. My husband made a note asking to have a flower on our table for when we would arrive along with a good seat with a nice view. When we arrived the staff had obviously not read the note. There was no flower or special decoration as requested. Seeing that the staff didn’t read the note we left, we asked to sit at the best table with a view of the garden but were told that another pair of guests have asked to sit at the same spot every night so it wouldn’t be available. This was really disappointing for us because we spent a lot of money to enjoy our anniversary here. I also got a massage there and the massage itself was very nice and relaxing. The website said to arrive earlier to enjoy tea and that if you were late the time would not be made up. As instructed I left ten minutes earlier but no one was around. The woman was a few minutes late to the appointment and promptly told me to get undressed so she could start. There was no tea offered and the time ended promptly 50 minutes even though the lady didn’t start til about 5 after. I’ve had a lot of massages so this was for sure something I wasn’t expecting for a “luxury” hotel. I would recommend this property more for families as there were a lot there that seemed to be enjoying their stay, playing in the pool. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway I would look somewhere else.

Pros: Very good

Pros: Beautiful stunning hotel in the middle of town. Beautifully decorated with excellent friendly and helpful staff and fabulous food! Loved our evening in Heleni restaurants and predinner drinks in the bar- the outside setting was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent too. Thanks also to our waiter from Slovakia who made us so welcome as well as the lovely girls on reception.
Cons: Check in was a little laborious as didn’t know why we had to sign so many forms but the welcome prosecco helped a lot!!

Cons: Lift did not serve all rooms, had t carry luggage. Traffic noise on street made sleep difficult.

Cons: The baker making doe at 3AM .
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We were a group of 23 serious skiers from Finland using this hotel as our base camp to visit all the big ski areas in the Zillertal valley. This hotel was a perfect choice, as all the ski areas are within easy reach: to the Zillertal Arena just 5 min bus ride, Mayrhofen and Hochzillertal 10 min train or car ride, to Hintertuxer Gletcher 30 min car drive. The hotel has a nice wellness floor with many saunas, and the Finnish sauna was almost like Finnish sauna – perfect relaxation after heavy day of skiing. The village itself and the hotel is very quiet and peaceful, so good sleep is guaranteed. There are some good restaurants around and supermarkets are nearby. The hotel itself is a charming little family kept hotel in the very centre of the Zell am Ziller village. The interiors are exceptionally well kept and very clean, the decorations unique Austrian. At the street level there is a bakery shop. There is a large private parking place and storage rooms for ski equipment, heated ski boot racks.
Cons: These are not really negative comments, just something good to know: This is not a big international chain hotel, so do not expect 24/7 service in all languages. The reception has limited opening hours, so you cannot arrive after 6 PM. It is best to communicate in German. A big group is required to pay full price in advance. This is not the place to have big noisy parties, it is for a quiet relaxed stay. The building is quite a maze, which makes it very personal and unique, but it is not good for mobility impaired.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice family run hotel. it offers both rooms and apartments. Hotel is shining clean , large and spacious rooms. Breakfast is very good , many breads, cheese . Wellness floor is very nice. Reasonable distance ( with car ) to many entry points to the different ski resorts.
Cons: Not all staff is fluent in English. No elevator from the ground floor , ( only from first floor ) so you need to carry your luggage with you.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The very accommodating staff gave us an apartment rather than a double room since it was closer to the elevator. The apartment was beautiful. Spacious, immaculately clean, best shower I have had in months, spectacular view from the private balcony. The breakfast was above average, with very tasty fresh rolls. Only thing lacking might have been a warm protein other than soft cooked eggs. I would return.
Cons: The facilty could have been just a bit more rollator-accessable. There is an elevator, but in order to use it for the whole trip from ground to room, one must contact a staff person.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good and very attentive staff providing tea, hot chocolate and coffee with the selection of typical austrian breakfast spread including cereals, jams, marmalade, a whole bakery of breads and croissants, a selection of cold ham and chacuterie and cheeses, and a boiled egg machine! We stayed in an apartment so could also cater for ourselves; which I like the option of doing.
Cons: There was plenty of parking, and I always had a space, but Iwasn't sure where we would have parked had the hotel car park been full. I'm sure the hotel staff would have advised had we needed.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Place was neat and well organized.
Cons: Disappointed they didn’t have scrambled eggs or omelets for breakfast, only hard boiled eggs. Was expecting a lot more from a place that is also a bakery. We had to pay a 65 euros cleaning fee for a 2 days stay in one room. This sounds quite absurd for me. I would rather they just add that to the daily rate instead of trying to hide it to look cheap on booking and charge you at the end.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lisa at reception was incredibly helpful and charming. Elizabeth knew so much about trails and cable cars.

Pros: Relax area, 8 kinds of herbal tea and sugar or honey on choice. Open pool, sauna, close to lift, Breakfast was ample, Dinner on choice very deliciouse with local dishes . On departure a gift - bottle of wine. SPA consisits of two area for adult strictly and familias with children this gives a real calm. Open pool for me much pleasant then indoor, with water three massagers On breakfast not only bag tea, but real herbs or leaf tea. For me particulaly was pleasant sliced salmon and lot of different cheese.
Cons: My accommodation was in farmer house, so a have to walk 30-50 meters to SPA area in bathrobe. Most important you have to keep in mind - some rooms in farmers house are close to road. In winter time it is not a problem, balcony door prevents traffic noise. In summer time it could be a problem.

Pros: Nice and cosy place for staying. Located close to the slopes with a perfect view. The spa zone is very nice. This place would be perfect for chilling out and relaxing.

Pros: The location is really great: quiet place (trains rarely passing by do not disturb at all) which is very convenient to get to and out as by car as by bike. Not far from town's center with its shops and restaurants.
Cons: The common balcony. When someone form the next room sits on the balcony and talks evrybody around "enjoys" their conversation.

Pros: Good breakfast, lot of choice. Nice and friendly owner/staff. Quiet hotel and area, slept well. Very good value for money. I also liked the balcony with a nice mountain view.
Cons: Two minor things: Wi-fi did only work in the common room and TV didn't work in my room, but neither was a problem for me.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great hosts! Perfect location, clean and comfortable room with a car park and a really good price. Highly recommended in Zillertal! Enjoy! :)
Cons: I didn't like the fact that I had to leave this place.. :)
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location in Zell am Ziller, 2 mins away from the train station. Don't worry, the train doesn't run from 8pm until 8am, so no risk of noise. Plus you can't really hear it. The train goes to Mayrhofen but also from the station you can get the ski bus to both Zell am Ziller (5-10 mins) and to Mayrhofen. The owner of the B&B is very nice and kind, a big part of the positive review is due to her. The room was big, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Overall a good stay, great value for the money. Would stay here again.
Cons: The room and bathroom look a bit outdated and could use some renovations. Nothing major but it would improve a lot the overall experience and make the stay nicer. Make sure you bring toiletries with you or buy some.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Good location near the train and bus station.

Pros: Central location.
Cons: At breakfast hall , only Full board guest can sit. Bed & breakfast guests are directed to sit in a small room at the back side. This was really weird. The room was quite old. Towels were older. Water temperature was not stable.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Room: very clean (I noticed even below bed and sofas), bathroom and toilet new and cozy. We heard no sound or noises from the other rooms. Hotel: staff very accommodating. Also interior is nicely maintained, and the place easy to find. The best scrambled egg EVER, made with fresh eggs.
Cons: Had a problem one day with parking; and experienced one hair in the scrambled egg, but it was the best scrambled egg we ever had. Those being really very small cons, We absolutely recommend a visit at Hotel Bräu!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room, great views, nice bathroom, well equipped
Cons: The hotel takes coach parties and the breakfast was poor as the coach party had raided the buffet to make their mid day lunches. This is not a cheap hotel so they need to make sure if they take coach parties that they protect the other guests comfort and food availability.

Pros: Nice place to stay. Cool sauna area and pool for relaxing. Good breakfast and freshly cooked. Variety is available and even Prosecco for breakfast. Great view in the morning.
Cons: Closing time for sauna and pool. Staff knowledge about activities and routes ( road was blocked for visiting a lake, recommendation for hiking or alternatives were missing. Pros: Very nice hotel with friendly staff. We had a large modern room with nice mountain view and 3 beds. The ski bus leaves every 15 min from the hotel door and takes 5 min to the closest cable car in Mayrhofen. The pool is warm and the spa also very pleasant. Pros: The room was large and very comfortable, the view from the balcony was amazing, would love to see it in the snow. Breakfast was well laid out with home and local produce where possible, the hotel is run by a lovely, friendly couple and we wish them every good fortune as they clearly work very hard running this hotel, thank you for your kindness.
Cons: That we only had time to stay one night as we were touring, wish we could have stayed longer

Cons: Bathrooms were slightly outdated and require a repairs.
7,0 Good
Pros: Decent value for money property.
Cons: The green, faux grass carpet flooring in the room.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Central location.
Cons: At breakfast hall , only Full board guest can sit. Bed & breakfast guests are directed to sit in a small room at the back side. This was really weird. The room was quite old. Towels were older. Water temperature was not stable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A great hotel in a friendly little town (where likely everybody you meet will be visiting from someplace else). The outdoor dining was terrific and the breakfast very good. The room was clean and very comfortable.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Cozy vintage style hotel, spacious well equipped room, central location ( actually town is small, so there everything is central ). Responsive staff , free parking for hotel guests. Excellent sauna complex at ground floor.
