Pros: I was really tired as i changed multiple flights and I was awake for 30 hours. I arrived at 9 a.m. and although check in is at 2 p.m. they gave me the room immediately to rest since it was free. Very helpful and friendly reception. But the thing to remember is the bed. What a comfortable bed. I had the best sleep ever. Location is also perfect. 2 minutes walk from city center. Highly recommended hotel. I will surely prefer Sofitel hotels from now after the fantastic sleeping experience I had.

Pros: The location was ideal for exploring the old town and the islands with the churches on foot. The breakfast buffet was excellent, catering to the tastes of their international travels. The staff was gracious and helpful and the beds were very comfortable. All of this made our 6 day stay in Wroclaw a great experience.

Cons: The room didn’t have hot water and the hotel said it’s not possible to fix because no technical support is available at that time and also they could not change the room. So I had to stay without hot water. The air conditioning/ heater didn’t work properly. The bed was too soft and not flat, it was uncomfortable. The room was not giving the full of service for the value I paid.

Enjoyed the couch, laptop table, and mini-fridge. Enjoyed dinner at winestone. Friendly staff at front desk, Winestone, breakfast, and cleaning staff. Breakfast had a decent variety of options. Was able to leave luggage for a few hours upon checkout. Will stay here again!

Pros: Hotel is really nice and modern. Complementary coffee machine in room. It has all comforts. Additionally, it is very quiet and no traffic noise could be heard from room. The food (breakfast and restaurant) is very tasty and they have a huge selection too. But most of all staff have been ever so patient with us, especially the guy at the restaurant since one of our children has a sesame allergy, and the manager at reception (blonde guy with checkered pants - sorry difficult to remember names). One of the children had his birthday during our stay and he organized a birthday cake with gift during breakfast. They were also happy to arrange taxis for us and spoke good English. Moreover, you get the option not to clean your room to save up water. I thought it’s a great environmental friendly initiative.

Cons: The beds were twins joined together, even though we ordered a double bed. Parking at the hotel was expensive and around the area was tedious to find since it was the long weekend and we were close to the center and hardly any spots were free.

Cons: The breakfasts at the hotel were all geared up for a continental theme, the partly named English breakfast was mainly contained to a warm scrambled eggs and smoked meats, no bacon or baked beans in sight, shame that, eat as much as you like was a great idea, plenty of fresh fruit also available.

The location is great, 10 mins walk in one direction to the market square which is beautiful and a 10 min walk in the opposite direction to a HUGE shopping mall and about 15 min walk to the sky tower. So a very central hotel in my opinion, no need for taxi's or uber's regularly. Breakfast was great, loads of choice to suit all tastes. Lunch was also very nice.

Cons: Unfortunately the room we were given was not the room reserved (a standard queen was booked and a twin room was given). The reason given was that there was a party happening in the hotel so our room choice was changed to keep us away from the noise of the party. A meal voucher was provided to apologise for this room change. We did not like the bed pillows, extremely soft and only one pillow per bed. We did request more and they were quickly brought to us.

Cons: To be fair, the riverside view is very pretty, but not as dramatic as the photos suggest. As a photographer I can understand why. :-) That being said, this hotel would still be my first choice in Wrocław regardless of the room view.

I am milk intolerant, therefore the range of food that I could access for breakfast was very limited. I think a fruit juice should be included in the breakfast... it would have been very welcome.

Cons: The staff had trouble managing the reservations done through separate accounts - one was done by our friends against our names and the additional days - done by us. We specifically mentioned that and the response was - "sure, we will handle it". Unfortunately, it was not the case and it was a bit annoying as our card was cancelled and we got friendly reminders to leave the place as we were supposed to check out (first reservation). It would have been nice to have our room cleaned daily as we were there for several days and the bathroom was wet the majority of the time.

Pros: It is very well located: 15-20 minutes walking distance from old town and when you want to go catch a flight, the stops of busline nr 106 (that goes to the airport) are within 10-14 minutes walking distance. Although it's a student dormitory style hostel (which means that a whole floor shares the bathroom, kitchen and toilets) and it was supposedly fully booked at the time, I never had to queue for shower or toilets. Also, as there was a sink in the room, we didn't have to run to toilets for every toothbrushing or handwashing. And during the whole time, we hardly got a glimpse of our floor neigbhours, and hardly heard any of them during the night. Our room had a working refrigerator, the beds reasonably comfortable, and the rooms are more spacious than in similar style hostels closer to the Old Town. Check-in was easy, I like that they have a 24-hour presence in the reception. All in all, I think it's quite a decent place to stay if you can cope with shared bathroom - particularly considering the price.

Cons: (-) The showers were old, no handle, just a pipe in the wall. The water pressure was low, and I had to press the button countless time for the water to keep coming. I could wash myself, but it was a pain. However, what was absolutely the WORST was the soundproofing of the rooms or, rather, its TOTAL lack. Each floor consist of a long corridor with some 20 rooms. The doors lack any seal, it's just a door against a frame. No-one slammed the door, the NORMAL closing created a loud bang that resonated in a corridor. Every time people got out or in their rooms, everyone on the floor could hear it. It was a nightmare. I slept just five hours because of that terrible noise, because not even the earplugs could eliminate hearing that bang that probably carried as a vibration, too. I strongly recommend the owner to go to the nearest home improvement shop (eg. O*I, L***y M***n, C********a), buy the cheapest rubber door seal and apply it to every room. It would undoubtedly made the comfort of the visitors rocket 500 percent.

Pros: It is very well located: 15-20 minutes walking distance from old town and when you want to go catch a flight, the stops of busline nr 106 (that goes to the airport) are within 10-14 minutes walking distance. Although it's a student dormitory style hostel (which means that a whole floor shares the bathroom, kitchen and toilets) and it was supposedly fully booked at the time, I never had to queue for shower or toilets. Also, as there was a sink in the room, we didn't have to run to toilets for every toothbrushing or handwashing. And during the whole time, we hardly got a glimpse of our floor neigbhours, and hardly heard any of them during the night. Our room had a working refrigerator, the beds reasonably comfortable, and the rooms are more spacious than in similar style hostels closer to the Old Town. Check-in was easy, I like that they have a 24-hour presence in the reception. All in all, I think it's quite a decent place to stay if you can cope with shared bathroom - particularly considering the price.
Cons: It is situated near a big road, so expect a lot of traffic noise when the windows are open. A couple of years ago, when we stayed there, we could borrow a water kettle from the reception free of charge; now, it's apparently only possible for a deposit money (and quite a high one, I could actually buy one for that). Maybe they have had bad experiences. There was one for the common use in the kitchen, though, so it was not a big problem. When we arrived, they had forgotten to put towels in our room, so I had to ask for them specifically in the reception. The common-area kitchen could do with more equipment (right now, there is a water kettle, a sink and a cooker, but no pots or pans). A few more coathangers in the room would do much good (right now, there were only 3 for a twin room, so we had to keep most of our clothes on the chairs and beds). Also, guests are expected to bring their own cups/glasses/plates/spoons etc or whatever they would need when they want to have a meal in their own room. The walls were a bit more stained than I remember from an earlier stay a couple of years ago - it looked like a guest had drawn on the walls and they hadn't managed to get it off.
