Pros (+) Nice staff friendly environment they didn't change our bed sheet throughout the stay and wanted us to pay another day when we booked for three days 17th-20th November and we arrived to the hotel at 1am in the morning on the 18th and had to change room because our first room was full of dust a the toilet was dirty !
Cons (-) This is my third stay this which is overall good but standards seem to be slipping .! I had to ask for clean towels twice , when i asked for a late check out we were told that we had to pay around £20 for a couple of hours these are the rules we were told !.
