Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel staff for being friendly, polite, and helpful, and many appreciate the convenient location close to local attractions and transport. The hotel is generally considered good value for money, with several guests noting comfortable beds and quiet rooms. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with multiple reviews mentioning dirty rooms, worn decor, and maintenance problems. While some rooms are described as comfortable and well-equipped, others report discomfort with beds or room size. Overall, the positives of service, location, and value outweigh the negatives for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
