Cons (-) Our room wasn't ready at 4:04, even when check-in is 4. I was told we'd have to wait an undisclosed amount of time for our room and would get no discount. After I verbalized this was an issue (drove almost 6 hours for a concert that started at 7 and had to shower/get ready), she simply asked if upstairs was ok and we were put in a room. Cons (-) On entering room, there was a used condom on the floor. Staff was rude when approached with this. Will never stay at a Comfort (Condom) Inn again.
