Staff did their best to accommodate us.
The hotel was not 2 1/2 star, as listed by your website. Our rooms featured holes in the shower wall, broken phones, clocks and lamps and a hole in the bathroom door where it had been kicked. Cigarette butts and discarded rubber gloves in the halls.
Left electronics in room after checking out. Called back to claim the items, promised a return call, which never happened and the items were not retrieved.
Room was clean, but bed is very uncomfortable.
Very trashy on the outside of the building. Complex has a very run down ghetto feel.
The location was good, but not for walking. It was convenient to shopping and restaurants.
I asked for first floor because of a knee problem, got second. It was ok.
The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly. The outside of the hotel was clean and looked very nice plus it was in a pretty good location as far as getting to everything.
I feel like for the price you can’t expect too much. The room had a strong strange odor so even though it seemed clean it didn’t feel clean. When I checked in the gentleman said my bed was missing a white comforter because they had ran out and he’d try to get me one if I wanted. I was fine without it but thought it odd to be shot a comforter in a large hotel. The bed also only had two pillows instead of four which I thought was unusual but again not a huge deal. I ended up in a handicap accessible room for some unknown reason (which again was fine) so I’m not sure if that has something to do with the height of the shower head but you had to bend down in the shower to be able to wash your hair. Nothing major just odd. My only complaint is the walls are sooo thin. The entire night I could hear other guest slamming doors, talking outside their rooms, and banging on neighboring rooms doors. Overall for a one night trip and for the price it was decent, next time though will probably pay the extra money for something a little quieter and cleaner.
