Pros (+) I enjoyed the island and the one staff who made our stay worth while, Ecko.
Cons (-) The food was not up to par, even at the speciality restaurant. The staff was mostly unfriendly and unhelpful. The amenities were not up to par as in other resorts I have stayed.

Pros (+) The beach was gorgeous, a few rocks by the shore but once you're in the water, its amazing. The beds in the rooms were also comfortable.
Cons (-) The staff was generally overwhelmed and it is very apparent that they are short staffed and could benefit from hiring more people and training everyone on how to provide excellent customer service. Cons (-) Up keep of room and property (vanity was falling apart, lamp shades extremely dirty, table at restaurants had hole in them), not enough beach chairs, food was not good, service not consistent, hard to get into restaurants, bar tenders didn't know how to make drinks on menu
