Pros (+) I enjoyed the island and the one staff who made our stay worth while, Ecko.
Cons (-) The food was not up to par, even at the speciality restaurant. The staff was mostly unfriendly and unhelpful. The amenities were not up to par as in other resorts I have stayed.

Pros (+) The beach was gorgeous, a few rocks by the shore but once you're in the water, its amazing. The beds in the rooms were also comfortable.
Cons (-) The staff was generally overwhelmed and it is very apparent that they are short staffed and could benefit from hiring more people and training everyone on how to provide excellent customer service. The dining areas were hit or miss, in terms of the food choices and the service. The drinks were all sugary, no top shelf options at all.
