Pros (+) The location is very good (only 2 blocks from the boardwalk), and the price was very fair.
Cons (-) Beds could have been more comfortable, but this bothered my wife more than me because I can sleep almost anywhere.

Cons (-) Ventilation wasn’t great , very muggy in room and sand was everywhere before we got there
