Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many enjoying its proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and local attractions. Cleanliness was another highlight, as several reviews mentioned clean and comfortable rooms. However, there were notable complaints about the lack of on-site front desk service, inconvenient check-in procedures, and unresponsive staff. Parking was frequently described as problematic, with limited or distant options. Room size was also a concern for some guests, who found the accommodations smaller than expected. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out positively, service, parking, and room size were common drawbacks.AI-generated from customer reviews
