Pros: Modern design, w/great work of space, a queen size bed, and a totally new & fresh vibe to the room w/a nice view looking down the street to downtown Wiesbaden. Location was super close to the train station as well. Breakfast was tasty too!! Great place w/an exceptionally great price!! Thank you Motel One, I'll use you again!! Have already spread the word to my daughter whom wants to come in August next year.

Pros: The location is perfect as it is in a lovely part of the city. The hotel rooms are large and well appointed. The bathrooms are large and very "western" The place is quite elegant and the mineral baths are located in the hotel. The staff was lovely and accomodating.

Pros: When we arrived on a Sunday evening, the front desk didn't have our reservation. (It turns out that Kayak didn't process the booking to the Crown Plaza until after business hours on Friday).
As soon as we showed our Kayak booking confirmation, the Evening Supervisor was very apologetic and found us a room as quickly as he could. His colleague ordered us a portable crib for our 6 month old son, and we were on our way to our room.
Soon after we arrived in the room, a housekeeping staff member arrived with our crib and he also provided us with a bottle of still water for the baby. That was a nice touch.
The breakfast that was included with our rate was spectacular. The restaurant staff was very classy and courteous and the food selection and quality was great.
This hotel will be our preferred location when we travel again to the Rhein-Main area.

Pros: We were put in a smoking room that smelled quite badly, when we had requested a Non Smoking. When I asked about a change, we were moved without complaint to a spacious apartment which we appreciated. The breakfast room, display and service were exceptional! Good access to the raillway station and not far at all from the old town. Internet/call centres nearby and an excellent laundromat - we were travelling for 7 weeks so this was most helpful.
