I really like the Blu line of hotels.
The location is perfect as it is in a lovely part of the city. The hotel rooms are large and well appointed. The bathrooms are large and very "western" The place is quite elegant and the mineral baths are located in the hotel. The staff was lovely and accomodating.
Very helpful staff at front desk. Allowed us to check in early AM due to early arriving flight.
Need more & better info re use of spa facilities. No safety info re use of eg sauna for first time users
Very friendly and polite staff.
I found food leftovers in the minibar and clearly visble dirt (a sort of white flakes with a diameter of approx. 4 mm) in the bathroom under the sink.Very discomforting to put it politely.
The staff are wounderful. They are very helpful and alwas available to help. It will be a great loss if you do not stay in Radison blu Hotel Schwarzer Bock. I hope to come back again
Everything is prtfect and well studied. Is is unfair to say anegative word.
Very friendly stuff. Rooms were quite big and compfortable.
WIFI was available but did not work neither in my room or my colleague's room. Spent 4 days there and did not manage to connect to internet within this time. Would have expected that stuff takes it more seriously and tries to fix the problem.
2015-2017 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence winner The German theologian Martin Luther was 3 years old and America not yet discovered, when the Schwarze Bock opened as a public bath house. This makes Hotel Radisson Blu Schwarzer Bock Germany’s oldest luxury hotel. The renowned Hotel was, and still is, a popular meeting place for celebrities and dignitaries from politics, the corporate world, arts and science. And, of course, it is also a place where the time-honored tradition of spa culture is lovingly preserved – a perfect blend of history and modernity. Even the literary masterminds Goethe and Dostojewski appreciated this.
