Pros: Modern design, w/great work of space, a queen size bed, and a totally new & fresh vibe to the room w/a nice view looking down the street to downtown Wiesbaden. Location was super close to the train station as well. Breakfast was tasty too!! Great place w/an exceptionally great price!! Thank you Motel One, I'll use you again!! Have already spread the word to my daughter whom wants to come in August next year.

Pros: I really liked Fontana Hotel. The man at the front desk was friendly and polite. I had prompt service for breakfast and the woman working in the dining room was friendly and professional. My room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. My car was safely parked on their private parking garage. I will definitely stay there again!

Pros: When we arrived on a Sunday evening, the front desk didn't have our reservation. (It turns out that Kayak didn't process the booking to the Crown Plaza until after business hours on Friday).
As soon as we showed our Kayak booking confirmation, the Evening Supervisor was very apologetic and found us a room as quickly as he could. His colleague ordered us a portable crib for our 6 month old son, and we were on our way to our room.
Soon after we arrived in the room, a housekeeping staff member arrived with our crib and he also provided us with a bottle of still water for the baby. That was a nice touch.
The breakfast that was included with our rate was spectacular. The restaurant staff was very classy and courteous and the food selection and quality was great.
This hotel will be our preferred location when we travel again to the Rhein-Main area.

Cons: Very badly run now - no towels in the spa area and has only wet towels in the room. Asked for dry ones and told they didn’t have any! Also the shower didn’t drain away, we’re told they would fix it but they didn’t, so had to go into another room for a shower. Shame as has previously been ok, seems new mgt who still need to learn basics of running a hotel

Cons: This hotel is one of the best locations to visit Wiesbaden even with a car they offer discount parking at the Casino Kurhaus lot. Everything accessible by foot. Next door to Exceptional Italian and Mediterranean restaurants. Cocktail bar same street. Staff bilingual and very helpful. My Go To Place for my out of town guests and when I want a Girl's Night Out.

Pros: When I arrived late in the evening at 10 pm I show the ladies at the reception and they said they haven't any available, so I had to move to other facility at 10 pm with a cat and dogs raining outside, horrible experience, I will not recommend this hotel and I will try to influence all my friends to avoid it in the future.

Cons: Some of the employees were not very friendly. My husband is disabled and the lift was way too far and I asked if they had a disabled parking spot, and one of them just told me there are 2 parking here that’s it! We booked a suite and we didn’t have WiFi. They finally moved us after 2 days and at the check out we expected a little compensation but nothing :/

Cons: There are no actual actual bathrooms, just sliding glass doors, that separate the toilet and shower from the rest of the room. In terms of privacy it’s a total disaster and makes you very very uncomfortable!!! It was a weekend and until the morning hours drunken people kept us awake, shouting, fighting, throwing bottles etc. as they were walking past the building. Note: this is in October, so imagine what it’s like in the summer. Last but not least there was a funny smell in the hallway. Even though the hotel seemed clean, it kind of makes you wonder...

Pros: An excellent location close to Marktplatz and Kurhaus. Budget price.
Cons: This is a property from the 70's and outdated, but it is reflected in the price. It is nevertheless clean and serviceable. The shower was very poor. Fluctuating heat (not much) and the shower head only delivered a dribble. They need to replace the cheap shower heads. You hear everything from the hallway. Otherwise it's reasonable.

Cons: - Furnishing could use an overhaul. - Very noisy room. - The heater didn‘t stop making gurgling noises and it felt like every car on the street would drive through my room. - Mattress was pretty hard. All of these things combined: I didn’t sleep at all, even though I‘m usually able to sleep virtually everywhere and even noises don’t bother me that much.

Cons: We ordered two separate rooms, but without asking us anything they decided to put our groups in one bigger room with only one bathroom, one TV and two extremely small windows. Also the room smelled like mold, and they have probably had some water problems because the walls and ceilings were full of orangy spots. After requiring to get two separate rooms as ordered we got slightly better rooms which didn't smell but we're equally covered with strange spots all over the walls. The toilet in our room was leaking and therefore the whole bathroom floor was wet. The toilet was so small that it was almost impossible to close the bathroom door while using the toilet since there was no space for your legs. They didn't even have the space to fit the bathroom sink inside the toilet. Instead the sink was next to the bed in the tiny bedroom. This was the most horrible hotel I've ever visited. The only good dude of it is the location.

Cons: The heater in the room was making noise the 1st night. I reported it to the receptionist. The second night I arrived late to my room to find that nothing had been done with the noise the radiator was making. I did not get a good night sleep either night. Disappointed.

The NH Wiesbaden hotel is set in a pleasant residential area. Within the heart of Wiesbaden the main train station is 10 minutes away. As such, local points of interest such as Biebrich Palace and the Kurpark are easily accessible by public transport. All of our 130 comfortable rooms have air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and brand new cozy mattresses for a great night’s rest. Flat screen TVs and minibars provide additional modern amenities. Selected rooms have extra sitting areas and Nespresso machines. Our in-hotel restaurant, Rosenpark, serves a delicious breakfast buffet each morning. The light and bright ambiance also makes this the ideal space for lunch or dinner. Serving a selection of international and local cuisine, we are confident the Rosenpark will enhance the already unique guest experience. Pros: It was only for one night , on the way back from Vienna to the UK . The price of the room itself was ok but 20 euro/each for breakfast a little bit too much. We went out in Wiesbaden town centre and we had an excellent dinner at Webers Wikinger, which by the way , I highly recommend (the food was amazing) for three for only 10 euros more than we would have been charged for only a breakfast at the hotel. What do they serve I wonder: caviar and lobster ?

Pros:
Cons: I needed to pay € 24,90 for a breakfast. For one egg, a piece of bread and a cup of coffee this is outrageous and complete steeling. I was also not informed about this. Complaining did not let to an expectable solution. Also the rooms were outdated and I need to take a shower in a bathtub. Not a modern time solution. Cleaning was also not that good, black hears in the bathtub and sink.

Cons: I paid for the city view room with a balcony. Once I arrived to the room, I noticed that the view was just of trees along the street of the front of the hotel. The balcony door was sealed shut, so that you could not use the balcony. Why advertise a balcony if it can't be accessed? The pillows in the room were extremely soft. The only way to get a comfortable nights rest was to stack three pillows. This was the case in my friends rooms also. I needed to iron a shirt and when I went to the front desk, they told me that they would have housekeeping bring one to me when they came into work. I let them know that it was 6 am and I needed it prior to 8 am, The gentleman at the front desk assured me that I would have it, only to not receive it.
