Cons: Property was not in the best of neighborhoods. There were people wondering the premises different hours of the night that were not guests. The rooms were dirty and not cleaned very well. The only decent thing about the property is the ladies that work the office. Both of the ones dealt with were very pleasant.

Cons: The night we checked in there were 7 Westminster Police who had come in and arrested someone. Then the next night there was the probation Dept and then a huge sting. It was a little bit over the top

Cons: Bed was broken and sunk down. Very dirty. I had to clean up around the TV. It was just right there noticable this gross ring around the TV base like an inch thick all the way around of something slimy or wet.

Cons: There was a surprise $30 early check in fee. I had talked to them about early check in and no one ever mentioned it. Ive never had it at any other hotel. My roommate arrived first and was surprised and upset

Pros: The room size was good, and the beds were comfortable enough.
Cons: The hotel and rooms were different than I expected. The pictures online made the hotel look much more modern and new, but when you get there it does not meet expectations. It was a bit noisy, and the area isn't the best.
We were in town to go to Disneyland It was last minute choice based on the pics because it "looked" much nicer than other hotels that were really close to Disneyland. So the 10 miles or so away in hidesight wasn't worth it.

Cons: The shower sucked! Not enough pressure and the shower head is too low. Our room faced Beach Blvd and the traffic sound was pretty loud... had to leave the fan on to drown out the noise.

Customer service at Front desk was very poor. Also there is an intercom system To speak to people outside when checking in at night- strong sign for the lack of safety in the area. Next door to a liquor store, pawn shop, and strip club. Do not stay here.
