Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, and breakfast offerings. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, uncomfortable beds and pillows, and maintenance problems such as broken elevators and outdated facilities. While some guests found value for the price, others felt the hotel needed major updates and better housekeeping. Overall, the positive aspects centered on service, location, and breakfast, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and comfort.

The service was terrible. The heater did not work and my two teens and Thierry dad and I had to sleep in our coats. The halls smelled like skunk marajuana. Customers were loud and fussing and cursing. I will never stay here again nor will I recommend anyone. The prices for the night was 79.80 and I was charged 44.00 extra through Kayak and it 124.80. Never again .

The breakfast both mornings was cold. Couldn’t eat the scrambled eggs, sausage or biscuit. We’re out of waffle mix both mornings. The public restroom was out of order at certain times because it flooded from the up...
