Pros:
Good location downtown. Easy to get to highways. Staff were friendly. Everything was automated. Staff walk around the car with you with an ipad to check damage. Fuel option was cheap, same as at the pump. Car was full though so I returned it full.Cons:

Cons:
Got the SUV with almost no gas on the tank. Was told about it though and told that I could return it empty. But returning empty requires calculation. Not good service to say to a client - "you have to either wait 20 minutes or get it empty".10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
Customer service was excellent at pick up and drop off. Employee at time of drop off came to car to see my complaint.Cons:
The cleaning of car interior (especially during COVID19) I jumped in car and drove to my home......then I noticed the trunk(hatch) inside was covered in debris: leaves and twigs. The passenger side had white rocks in the handle. I called to make a complaint however I was redirected and then I was given the 'longer than usual waiting time' garble.10,0 Wonderful

Was able to upgrade to a brand new ford flex for a very minimal fee and loved it! The service was excellent at the location I rented from and the vehicle was a nice smooth drive.Cons:

The people at the counter were very helpful and friendly, and gave me good advice about the local roads, even advising me that I probably only needed the car for one day rather than the two I had planned - and they were right! I would definitely go back.MEXRENTACAR
