The staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Person at the desk took the time to explain how to get to town, even though they were busy at the counter.
The only drawback was that it was a little further away from the centre of town than anticipated, but on the good side we got plenty of exercise!
Great staff and service
the meal at restaurant
The food was quite good value
The location...it is right at the top of a hill!
Location, close to city and easy to walk everywhere
Space of rooms, clean rooms
Pleasant quiet location - within walking distance to cbd/shopping etc.
No electric blankets but I was offered a hot water bottle which was ok
This was our first visit to wellington. We enjoyed the location of the hotel, as we could see where it was on the skyline.A good brisk walk into town, and good value for money. I liked to have a swim in the mornings. The small lift seemed a bit dodgy, and one time when we returned back, it wasnt working. we had to walk right around to the front entrance as the ph. wasnt working. It was raining.
The small lift
the attention of the staff
no
The friendly, helpful staff, the privacy and the stunning gourmet food in the restaurant, which was a real treat. We were looking to affordably spoil ourselves after a difficult family time and this was perfect in every way.
No - it was all wonderful - perhaps a Sunday Paper would have been nice
Handy to the city
centrally located, 24 hr front desk
beds sunk towards the middle, a little worned out.
