Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to local attractions like markets and theaters. Many found the breakfast offerings to be good, with some highlighting variety and options for dietary needs, though others noted limited choices or declining quality. Cleanliness and room comfort were often mentioned positively, but there were recurring complaints about room temperature controls, worn mattresses, and inconsistent service. While several guests appreciated friendly and efficient staff, others experienced issues with responsiveness or professionalism. Overall, the hotel was seen as providing good value and amenities, but with room for improvement in breakfast variety, maintenance, and service consistency.

Stay was pretty ok. The bed could have been better. It was caving in. The room was spacious enough and the facilities were decent. The safest part was the breakfast and cutlery to Be honest. They had paper plates and wooden recyclable spoons to eat from. Never had this experience at any Hilton before. Very poor standards for serving guests.
