They re easy going when I requested a change of vehicle on 1st day. 2 pick up experience are good. They worked fast. No long wait. Drop off airport was painful. Hard to find Enterprise entrance!Cons:
I didn’t get correct receipt or rent contract. I didn’t hv any paper 1st day as they said they would email me. But no email received. I requested paper 2nd day. They gave me one but vehicle info wasn’t right. I told them the incorrect info n asked question about payable by email. No reply. After returned car 4 days, I still hv no email no receipt. I wasn't able to rent a car at all because Kayak all the small print and so I didn't show up to the dealership with the proper paperwork for under 25 driver. The person st enterprise was very kind but couldn't rent me a car so I went elsewhere. I won't be using kayak again for a while.Dollar

They have fun cars. You don't see turbocharged cars too often at other agencies.Cons:
They just hand you the keys, no car walk around with the customer is done. On returning the car I walked into the office and very audibly said good afternoon directly to the face of the customer service gentleman who was busy typing he didnt return the greeting plus took close to a minute to acknowledge me. At other agencies I would have immediately recieved an acknowledgement. Customer service and manners are a big deal for me. The exterior and interior of the office are also badly in need of some sprucing up. The car was also pricey compared to other rental agencies in the area.2,0 Poor
