Return car Jan 2. Want to know & check payable. Doc system needs improThey re easy going when I requested a change of vehicle on 1st day. 2 pick up experience are good. They worked fast. No long wait. Drop off airport was painful. Hard to find Enterprise entrance!I didn’t get correct receipt or rent contract. I didn’t hv any paper 1st day as they said they would email me. But no email received. I requested paper 2nd day. They gave me one but vehicle info wasn’t right. I told them the incorrect info n asked question about payable by email. No reply. After returned car 4 days, I still hv no email no receipt. I still don’t know what payable. Doc needs improvement.

Under 25 drivers steer clearKayak made it seem easy, and booking was fast. I like that I didn't have to pay upfront.I wasn't able to rent a car at all because Kayak all the small print and so I didn't show up to the dealership with the proper paperwork for under 25 driver. The person st enterprise was very kind but couldn't rent me a car so I went elsewhere. I won't be using kayak again for a while.

Awesome serviceGreat service. Got a shocking phone call when I found out all the cars returned were damaged and I didn't have a rental. But Fasid called me back a short time later and managed to find me a car. Great service. will be back again for site. And the weekend service being opened is a HUGE +.

Friendly ,helpful staff.No hiďden charges and no hard sell for insurance and extras Fast service. Would come back.Car was not cleaned up both interior and exterior. Not that bad inside but needed a wash outside. Even a quick car wash and interior wipe would have bee nice

Won't rent again from enterprise.We decided to make our holiday travelling more comfortable by renting a minivan. We found good pricing at enterprise so we gave it a shot. The van was actually pretty nice except that it had a strong smokey smell to it and they have no other vans to offer at the time. It was my first time renting a vehicle, and I did not think to put a second driver on the car. I ended up getting sick over Christmas and unable to drive. Enterprise was closed over the holidays from Saturday to Monday - which is an extremely long time for a retail company of any kind to close, at the busiest time of year. We called customer support to add my brother as a driver but they refused, as you apparently can only do so at a enterprise branch - but they were all closed for days!!! They would do nothing for us in the circumstance, we were stuck for 5 nights unable to drive the van and be properly insured. I understand that there are policies in place for a reason, but it's disappointing that a company would lack customer service in emergency situations. It strikes me as odd to rent vehicles during times of closure, where customers are unable to be helped for 5 nights.

expensive with car problemswas 800 km from home. car ran fine for 95% of the time. drove to the grocery store in the city i was visiting and then the car wouldn't start. ended up having to pay $70 for them to bring a new car to me. the bill was already at $290, so i had a total of $360 for a 4 day trip. not sure if this was standard in the business to charge extra for problems that the customer didn't cause. i think my car rental days are over.

Overall decentPick up was easy, staff was friendly, car was clean and smoothWasn't told about the young drivers fee until after I paid. Didn't have many cars to choose from
