Kitchen in room was great. Laundry was useful.
Breakfast was very crowded, not enough food, tables or plates. Pull out couch was not comfortable. Thin mattress was ok for small children but not for adults.
- This hotel is modern and very clean - The location of the hotel is very good
Crowded place for breakfast
Great location, great breakfast which was included, fresh fruits, great service at the breakfast area.
There were someones hair balls and a pin in the pool, small flies by the hot tube which was dirty too, we chose this hotel over airbnb because of the pool but didn't swim - it's disguisting. We got room for 5 people and there were only 3 sets of towels and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner. Parking is 50 $ per day, noone mentioned it to us when we checked in, late night, if we knew, we'd have left car outside, street parking or pretty much anything else is cheaper. I used to work in a hotel where parking was included, as well as all hotels i stayed in for past 2 years. It would not be a problem if someone would say something. Instead receptionist just gave us keys and pointed to the garage. Gave us bottom half of the ticket to fill and sign and then gave the other half which had info about price altogether with our keys and other hotel info. When we got charged more and came to talk to someone in the morning new receptionist lady didn't seem interested in what happened, was unacceptably rude, didn't know the exact price for parking and when we asked for the manager, lied that there was no manager. Guy in a jacket passed by and his tag said he was the manager so we asked him, he said he was, but Kimberly still tried to deny he was her supervisor and tried denying she was rude. She didn't apologize, was rude and when figured there were two different prices for parking online and on-site kept getting annoyed and asking whether we wanted to pay 47.20 or 41.20$ what kind of question is that? Manager David was polite and understanding, apologized for misunderstanding and offered us price adjustment and longer parking time and since we all work in customer service as well, we knew that situations can be handled differently, so this all is not even about first receptionist who forgot to mention that you pay 50$ for parking for 1 night, but it's about Kimberly who couldn't be proffessional, smile or apologize and was extremely rude.
Facilities where clean and new. Spacious room great for families. Swimming pool. Attentive receptionist. Great location.
Not a o lot of healthy options for breakfast.
