Pros (+) Very friendly and helpful staff, including housekeeping. Everything else was excellent, especially for good rate we had gotten through Kayak.

Cons (-) The overall hotel was just blah. The walls are thin and the hotel is located next to a fire station and so we heard sirens all night. Our hotel room overlooked dumpsters but we weren’t expecting much more. Cons (-) They were 2 hours late for check in and did not offer any type of reconciliation for that. When we finally got to the room I noticed the tv and dresser was a little dusty. Cons (-) There was a hidden "Service Fee" $52.00 tacked on at the end. When I booked I thought I was getting the real price.
Pros (+) The hotel is very nice and up to date overall. FYI if you get a good deal your going to get a small room with a even smaller bathroom.
