10,0 Excellent
Pros: My wife and I have stayed at Hotel Berghof repeatedly over the past 11 years during the summer and winter months. We'll continue to be guests as long as there's room for us.
7,9 Good
Pros: Excellent location. Public rooms very comfortable. Food of a high standard. Efficient staff.
Cons: Shower screen in bathroom leaked water over the bathroom floor. Synthetic duvets and pillows, and polycotton sheets, made sleeping uncomfortable. Not what we expect from a hotel of this standard. Efficient, but perhaps too efficient - difficult to create a relationship with the staff.
7,1 Good
Pros: was a super clean hotel witb friendly staff
Cons: The foods were not good at all and a bit overpriced hotel
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel set a new standard for me and I know it won't be easy to find the same every time I travel. I was almost tempted to keep it a secret so that it does not get fully booked all the time and we have a chance to come back. But they deserve to be talked about. I was so impressed with the attention to every detail, in every step - reception, the room, the information on the activities around, the restaurant, the bar. The staff is exceptional, they really make you feel like home (Angela at the reception, fantastic bartender whose name I don't remember probably because of their home made rum-whisky mix we had :), a sommelier/hiking guide in the restaurant who recommended us a beautiful wine; a 70-page wine list is impressive on its own). I honestly can't remember the last time when I felt so good, so at ease in the hotel. It is really a gift to be able to make your guests feel like that and the hotel should be proud of it.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Hard to beat if you are in Lech for skiing - right next to one major ski lift and 5mins from another. Breakfast is a vast and delicious buffet, the dinner is also excellent and generally it is a fabulous hotel.
Cons: Massages were fully booked so make sure you book well in advance No other negatives at all
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel location was fantastic and the hotel and staff were superb.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous rooms, comfortable beds, terrific location, attentive staff, great food. Nothing not to love!!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved every minute of our stay at this fabulous hotel and we will return the worse part is the leaving! I love that you can buy your Lift pass at the Hotel and it also opens all the doors too! (being a Keycard and Liftpass in one) Location is also the best part right next door to the Cable car. Breakfast was one of the best we've had with very tasty and plentiful fresh fruit especially the Mango and Pineapple also the Waffle's melted in your mouth and I really don't know where to start with the evening meal - we were totally spoilt with the 6 course dinner just fabulous! All the staff are so lovely and friendly and efficient they are all a credit to this wonderful place!
Cons: Leaving!

Pros: friendly staff, clean
Cons: Slow service
4,2 Okay
Pros: Location was ok
Cons: Staff seems not very customer oriented nor motivated! Except for a few people they been not really welcoming! At the restaurant the manager even was disappointing rude! We left towels on the bathroom floor so they will be exchanged, well the cleaning staff just put them back onto the hanger! Disgusting!!! Also trash was left inside the room! Wellness area was closing by 7pm! Well if you come late back from hiking, no way to relax there! This hotel is far away from 5 stars !!!!!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location, superb interior design, large spaces and rooms - all modern but natural and close to local tradition. Good breakfast and hal board is a must for families.
Cons: Friendly and helpful staff but literally nothing pre-organized (no bike, no excursion, ...) If you would like to have an active holiday be prepared to organize by yourself - take the bus, rent a bike, find the lifts and programs for kids.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful 2-week stay at the hotel. The room was beautiful, big and comfortable, with all the most up to date technical conveniences and a wonderful view of the valley. Breakfast was delicious: an incredible variety of healthy and local food and drinks; the two restaurants in the hotel serve excellent food and there's also a Michelin star restaurant in the hotel. The bar has a great assortment of drinks, including local specialities. The area is breathtakingly beautiful ! All the staff at the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful.

Cons: The room was very comfortable, clean and cosy. The family Büchele was very welcoming helping us with everything we needed. We were upgraded to a bigger room/apartment free of charge which was great especially due to the bad weather. 9,2 Excellent
Pros: Large comfy room with great views. Great bar and evening restaurant. Good breakfast with a glass of bubbly for good measure. Ski in ski out good though struggled with the drag lift outsider Christian, tiki and the east of the staff were fantastic
Cons: We probably would have stayed in more in the evenings if it was half Board. Spa was good but could have done with a jacuzzi. The only other irritating thing was the inability to buy a half day ski pass on the last day before leaving for the airport
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The unique interior design. The restaurant menu and food was excellent too. Only a few meters from the slopes, this is true ski in and ski out.
Cons: There was nothing to not like about the hotel.
7,9 Good
Pros: Rooms, spa, close to ski lift
Cons: Dinner wich was not of a good quality, poor price performance and unskilled service.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We slept in the common room for 10 people, but the curtains give privacy and isolation. The spa is really good
Cons: For some reasons they don’t give private lockers for ski equipment to those sleeping in the common (10 people) room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The relative privacy of the 7-bed suite which I thought would be similar to that in a hostel. In fact, it was much cozier due to the individual beds separated by a curtain which gave each person their private space. As well, they provided lwo lockers per person so there was plenty of room for my skis and clothing. An unexpected treat was the adjoining terrace which had an excellent view of the mountains.
Cons: The blue light on each bed which was meant to act as a night light if one needed to move around the room during the night w/o turning on the overhead light. However, this light was disturbing at times.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect breakfast! Everything was so fresh and delicious. Lots of selection and delicious omelettes and eggs. The bar and restaurant areas were also comfortable and welcoming. The drinks were always very nice and food at the restaurant in the evenings was a very high quality.
Cons: This is a very minor point, but we did not have a mini-fridge in our room.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff, location, breakfast room, ski equipment room, beds
Cons: It would have been nice if they provided free coffee and tea - either in the room or in the reception. This makes people feel very warm and welcome - especially after being out in the cold.

10,0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Hospitality of Family Wolf is really great!
Cons: nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing variety of food on the breakfast buffet and evening salad bar (before the numerous other courses that were delicious and imaginative every evening). Also, I loved the relaxing spa facilities every afternoon after several hours on the ski slopes - lovely variety of facilities including Finnish sauna and infrared room, with unlimited herbal teas to stay refreshed. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and our family room was really spacious.
Cons: Nothing - really cannot fault the place. Probably the best place we've stayed as a family.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Superb staff and service; super clean and well cared for property with a bright and attractive interior; impressive spa facilities and relaxation area with nice robes and towels; quality bathrooms with steamroom shower (what a bonus!); the family suite was spacious (for a family of 5); lovely meals and dining experience; smart but relaxed ambience.
Cons: Our pillows felt a little flat and fluffier towels in the rooms would have been nice, however this feels a minor quibble.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing food. Great sauna. Excellent staff
Cons: Family room size a little on small side
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed at Hotel Acerina for the past 4 nights and it really is a wonderful place to stay. Our room was on the lower level, comfortable with a huge bed, sofa and a modern large shower room (no bath which we knew when we booked). Pretty room, very light with plenty of hooks and wardrobe space with lots of hangers. Dressing gown and slippers included. The spa area is very impressive with a variety of saunas at different heat and humidities- it seemed to be very new and was spotlessly clean. Not too many naked men!! We were staying on a half board basis and I think I have put on about 5 lbs in 4 days as the food was so wonderful. The buffet spread for breakfast includes a variety of fresh fruits, smoked salmon, meats, cheeses, a whole honeycomb, all sorts of fruit juices and prosecco so a Bellini with breakfast was a good start to the day. There was a different hot dish each day and eggs cooked to order. The cheeseboard is the best I have seen anywhere (maybe apart from Murano -the Hartnett restaurant) with different cheeses introduced day by day and this was also the final course of the dinner each day - if you have room. However after the first four courses you may be full already! We had beef, lamb and venison during our stay all of which were perfectly cooked and quite delicious. Also there are lovely sweet and savoury snacks on the bar to help yourself to if you aren’t completely full up ! All the staff were charming including the owner who gave us a gift as we departed. As far as location goes, it is just above the Main Street which was a 2 minute walk then ski a couple of hundred yards, cross over the road and the river to the chair lift. Probably 6-7 minutes tops. Maybe a little longer coming back carrying skis but it’s an easy walk especially after an apres Ski gluwein. We usually try to book ski in ski out but the location here was good enough. Value for money given the quality of the accommodation and food was very good.
Cons: Nothing!!

8,8 Excellent
Pros: great location in the countryside , hotel overall very nice fitting well in the area great sunterrace and also a very good breakfast
Cons: we had a double room with shower the shower is quiet rustical , could be renovated, toilet on the floor could also improve
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect food and view! We loved it
Cons: Everything is perfect apart from the fact that you pay 5 euro per water bottle in the restaurant even though you get a whole booklet telling you about the mountain spring water coming out of your tap. A bit ridiculous.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The service and the staff are always friendly and showed a lot of interest to make you a very pleasant stay. They really made sure that you have a very nice stay. My compliments for that. Quality of the food bfor half board was excellent, enough choice. The view is really nice as well. You can arrange the bergbahn ticket directly there and do not have to visit a service point. Public transportation is right in front of the door of the hotel. Ask the information desk for a timetable or visit the site. Would recommend it and would certainly visit a gain. The infrared sauna cabin was a definite plus after a day of skiing.
Cons: The room wa a bit noisy (you can hear your neigbours or the guest walking up/down the stairs), the bed was sqeeking with every turn I made but overall a good comfortable bed. My wife did miss a hairdryer but then again it is a plus if it was present.

Pros: What a delightful hotel! Charming decor, excellent service by extremely polite and friendly staff, perfect ski in and out location, fantastic buffet and a la carte breakfast, amazing outdoor Jacuzzi + indoor pool, shuttle service available from the gondola lift, etc. I would definitely stay there again!
Cons: The Service in the Restaurants was slow and dinner took almost 2 hours.

Pros: We loved the staff the view and the hotel
Cons: The booking of the restaurants but the food was great
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location - ski in/ski out is a real game changer. The hotel has been recently renovated, so everything - from the rooms to spa - is brand new. The food is really good and the staff is attentive.
Cons: It is quite expensive but then the whole area is. Too few waiters during breakfast, so you might have to wait a bit for your morning coffee. If you want to book massage in the spa, make sure you do it in advance because there are only two therapists and everyone is booking for the late afternoon.
