We had a cricket in our room on the 14th floor. Also ? bed bugs or some insect that was in both beds in the room. We complained and was advised it would be seen to. The next night we were bitten again. We both now have marks all over our legs. Not happy !!!!
Great hotel but..
Very nice quite hotel
Horrible view from our room, we could only see the roof top. Loud in our room when the concert was going on downtown but that was understandable. The pillows had absolutely no head support my wife and I necks hurt the neck morning. Last thing I thought the bathroom was extremely small for the amount that we paid.
Do not stay here
This was a terrible stay. NOT a Hilton quality property. An elevator was out with the door open and "CAUTION" tape across it. Two employee were arguing with each other in the front lobby. I was accosted by a homeless person out in front of the front lobby. The parking lot was poorly lit. The fitness room interior door release did not work. I was locked in the room, yes you read that correctly. I had to force the magnetic lock open. I asked the front desk for a receipt and they refused to give me one at check out claiming I could only get one from Kayak. Worst Hilton stay I've ever had and perhaps last time I shall stay at a Hilton.
