Pros (+) Location is very close to Volcano National Park. Staff was friendly.
Cons (-) The bed is very worn out and uncomfortable. Whole place is outdated. As there are very few accommodations in the area they have no reason to improve and it shows. It isn't run down but it isn't nice either.

Pros (+) Great room, friendly staff - Dan and Nikki were very kind and efficient. Breakfast portions were just right. Quick access to the park.( Also, Ohelo's restaurant right down the street was great for lunch and dinner.)
Cons (-) Wish the driveway were better. We almost didn't want to drive in at first, but once you're in front of the house it's beautiful.
