Excellent location, easy access to shops, restaurants, railway station and close proximity to airport. Spacious room very clean and neat, well decorated, comfortable bed. The facilities i.e. spa and pool are affordable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent atmosphere! Great value for money!

The staff here were wonderful, so friendly, cheerful, professional and helpful. Can’t praise them enough. Our room was large and very clean, breakfast was excellent and we had good parking. The hotel is over the bridge from Porto but the hop on hop off bus stops nearby so the two day ticket for this was useful for sightseeing in Porto. We loved our time staying at this hotel.

Staff are the best, like really the best. Could not find an open restaurant late night, they tried to arrange for delivery did not work, I just gave up, was sitting out smoking when they came to me with a snack that arranged by them out of courtesy , that was so kind.

The Hotel staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome right at the check-in. Breakfast offered a good assortment of options. It's centralized location made it easy for us to move around with ease.
We stayed in a duplex suite which was very spacious and perfect to accommodate our family. I noticed however there were places that were somewhat dark because it didn't have its own light fixture such as the shower/bath cubicle as well as the stairway in the 1st floor. Beyond this the suite was perfect with a breathtaking 180 view overlooking the city and the sea.
