Cons (-) Our room was dirty and when we told the staff they didn't do anything to accommodate or apologize for it.

Pros (+) Clean, central and close to downtown areas as well as tourist areas. This is the second time I've stayed here and it also has a decent garage. There is a "fitness" facility but it is the size of a closet and the "pool" is big enough to fit a couple kids.
Cons (-) Right on Blanshard so close to traffic and noise. The other hotel guests were rude, loud and obnoxious. Was difficult trying to get a good nights rest.

Pros (+) Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds, great location, nice restaurant, warm pool.
Cons (-) When booking a room I received a very difficult person on the phone. I expected the same upon arrival but received a very warm reception. The room next to the elevator was not ideal, however I wouldn't expect that at any hotel. Next time I stay I will request. The furthest rom for the elevator.
