Pros (+) The location.
Cons (-) Not to have a lift or a bell boy to take luggage up 4 flights of stairs is ridiculous - particularly for the elderly that were staying at the hotel.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access major attractions and amenities. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, with some highlighting positive experiences at check-in and throughout their stay. However, several guests reported issues with cleanliness, small room sizes, and poor maintenance in some rooms. The breakfast offering was frequently criticized for its limited variety and quality, and the absence of elevators was a notable inconvenience for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service stood out positively, there were recurring complaints about facilities and amenities.AI-generated from customer reviews
