Pros: The beds where very comfortable, the room quiet, overlooking the inner yard. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to but not at the city center. The bike rental shop located nearby.
Cons: The interior is quite outdated, the furniture not just the 1980' s style, but actually from that time. I am travelling with my daughter, who is a minor, and during check in process the receptionist told me that I should have the documents proving that I am her mother ready to show at the check in. This wasn't their policy, he said, but...Why mention it, if it's not necessary?? I have travelled many times with chidren, and I am asked to provide documents when we exit our home country, but never so far from a hotel receptionist. Very unpleasant first impression. The breakfast is very expensive. It is simply not worhty to pay 50 Euros, especially when travelling with a child. Fortunately there are plenty of nice options nearby

Cons: When I got to my room, the smell was just unbearable. I prefer not to use word to describe it, but I thougth I could die. When I came back to the reception desk, the fellows there looked at each other and said: "I told you. It's reaching the fifth floor". It took me an hour to get another room. No restaurant, no room service, no rooftop terrace. I moved to another hotel in the morning.

Cons: Very small room and very bad smelly bathroom. Towel hooks and holders falling off. Double bed was actually 2 single beds sliding apart, also not very comfortable ones. The spa area: for extra payment only and sauna was only warm, steam sauna - burning hot and also smelly, not worth going. Lightning requires bachelor degree in some scientific field in order to find proper scheme of convenient usability. Overall 4 star hotel felt like a cheap roadside hostel, won't ever return or recommend.

Cons: I found some hair in the bath when we come to the room, very disgusting Despite providing data for the invoice, I got the document without those data, they lost/ignored provided details. We had half board option chosen, in the restaurant when we came for a dinner we got information that drinks are excluded, so we ordered water and sangria. Day later we heard apologises that a waiter made mistake and we should not have paid for water (they didn't remove that water from the bill, it wasn't worth to claim). I ordered a beef (I speak both Spanish and English) and I got gnocchi. In the restaurant during breakfast they could not operate on time, there was a lack of food for long minutes, even there were many visitors it was clear that they did a mess probably due to wrong priorities.

Cons: 1. Misleading photos. We were informed on arrival that the indoor swimming pool which features heavily in their photos and advertising is not freely available for hotel guest use. It’s part of their Spa which costs €20 to use. The pool which is part of the hotel is on the ground floor, surrounded by apartments and buildings. It doesn’t get much sunshine (we visited in early November and had hoped to use it as the weather was 25-27 degrees and sunny) and it is not heated. 2. Minimal facilities expected of a 4 star hotel - no iron or ironing board, single beds pushed together instead of double/ king sized bed, no kettle or tea making facilities, no bath tub. 3. Our room and the floor was always hot and stuffy despite working air con. 4. Reception staff weren’t the friendliest and at times seemed unhelpful and unhappy. 5. It’s the type of hotel where escort service business cards were scattered in front of the door to the hotel. We saw the cards there on at least 3 nights of our stay and the cards were left there all evening. All in all, we would have preferred to stay at a 2 star hotel for a fraction of the price but with more amenities!

Cons: This is essentially a 3 star hotel pretending to be a 4 star hotel and not worth the money. The room was spacious but had cheap MDF furniture which was in poor condition and pealing wallpaper. The SPA - 20 euros - is in poor condition, needs a re-fit, the sauna is the absolute worst one I've ever been in, and for some unknown reason it is mandatory to wear a swim cap, which if you don't have one - I didn't - they will charge you an extra 2 euro for the pleasure of a very uncomfortable one. The gym lacks equipment and what they do have is rusty and in poor condition, falling apart in some cases. The outside pool is tiny, not fit for swimming, and is right next to a four lane city dual carriage way so is noisy and polluted, not fit for relaxing either. The staff were generally unpleasant. Not a good experience overall.

Pros: The position was great, very close to many amenities and shops. The booking price was low so I was not expecting any luxury, hence I was satisfied as the room was cleaned as well as the shared bathroom, although obviously it was nothing exceptional. Cons: The location is central but we arrived by a rented car and we were not informed that in the morning the centre was scheduled to be closed for the marathon race. Our car was removed by the local police and transferred a long away. After we took it back by paying a huge fine, we couldn't go back to the hotel because the centre was closed. No-one was at the reception on Sunday morning.

Cons: I wish there had been a kitchen or other common area, even something just to heat water would have been a huge benefit. You had to either buy bottled water or fill your own water bottle in the bathroom sink. Otherwise, no complaints!

Cons: It was quite noisy in the room (coming mostly from the street - e.g. traffic, garbage truck at 3 am, drunk people after midnight) but I know this is usual for many buildings in Spain or Italy. So I only want to recommend to take earplugs for those with light sleep :)

Cons: We arrived to check in by a lady called Slena, she was pretty blunt and not welcoming. We asked if we could check in early with her huffing and puffing. We thought it was an off day maybe but again asked if they had a first aid kit which she turned around and said 'no' walking away. We were then told by another guest that a corner shop was around the corner. She was unhelpful and made us feel uncomfortable. Asked for another towel as only had one for two people and ended up asking a cleaner who was happy to help

Cons: The windows are not really sound proof and there was a school yard right next to our second floor window. Also, a beverage that we bought from outside of the hotel was taken on the first day of cleaning. After this we put our do not disturb sign and it was fine. Also, we left on a saturday morning. We wanted to eat before we left, but nobody told us that on weekends the food is served after 8 and not after 7 as during the week. Although we paid for that last day breakfast, we were not able to have it because of our flight.

Cons: There was only one coffee machine for the whole hotel at breakfast, we had to wait a lot to get one. The staff at the restaurant wasn´t enough and we had to wait a lot to get a table at breakfast. We had to complete the booking with another online payment or bank transfer, pretty annoying when we already completed the credit card details through booking.com website. We expected more for the money we paid.

You gave me one room just face to entrance of underground parking, quite noisy, I hope change but you told all rooms sold off, Ok, no problem, I bear that for first night. In addition, the room full of bad smell like chemicals but the window can not open!! Later I found the A/C can not work!!! I asked you come to check two times. You tried to persuade me and cheat me, "The smell is OK...you can turn on the A/C...our rooms all sold off...." In this period, new guests checked in one by one, no rooms?? Where their rooms come from??? I checked in much earlier than them. Finally I asked you to return money, I change hotel. So you gave one suite room, this seems a blank room that shelved, no tea bag or coffee...no cup for drinking or more goods....compared with standard room, sofa is very dirty and window lock is damaged. Your service staff came to check...he realized but no feedback anymore. I was busy and tired in this trip, didn't want argue then stayed for three nights. I don't think this is problem of communitation, actually I am well educated. Maybe you discriminate against Chinese or look for guest who keep quiet, so terrible experience here, never back again. These are all true experience I met in this hotel.

Cons: Hotel advertises having air conditioning. Our room faced the sun, a full wall of glass and was 29 degrees celsius during the day but were told the air conditioning was off for the season. With the window open we were bitten continuously by misquitoes. The receptionist was completely unsympathetic. If you advertise air conditioning you should be prepared to allow it to e used. Breakfast selection was very limited. Orange juice tasted rancid.

Cons: It definitely has some shortcoming for a 4* Hotel, I don't understand how they can have 4* stars as they are missing the below: - The furniture is dated, the green bathroom needs an update asap; - No free parking at their Hotel (12 EUR per day!!! ); if you are not giving your customers free parking then who are you offering it to? - Lack of privacy in the room, as the walls are literally made of cardboard without any sound insulation; We could hear both our neighbors: One couple checked-in at 23:00 and we could hear how they pulled their suitcases inside and more or less what they were talking about; The other couple ( room 104 - if you know yourself) was fighting in the middle of the night (sept 11-12), shouting "I don't give a s*#t!" and slamming doors, exiting the room then coming back and fighting some more ( this is always lovely when you are trying to sleep as you have to catch an early flight :| ); then i believe she took a bath as I could hear the water running, when the plug was removed, I heard how the water was leaking ( not her fault that she wanted to take a bath, just that the walls were there for nothing, disappointing); - I don't know how the breakfast would have been, but I actually don't mind not having it; Not nice, even though the Hotels can't really choose their customers, only based on the price they can pay, next time you want to fight, please consider there are also other people staying at the Hotel, or better choose not to fight (pick your battles). All in all, not staying here again, there are better options in the area.

So you gave one suite room, this seems a blank room that shelved, no tea bag or coffee...no cup for drinking or more goods....compared with standard room, sofa is very dirty and window lock is damaged. Your service staff came to check...he realized but no feedback anymore. I was busy and tired in this trip, didn't want argue then stayed for three nights. I don't think this is problem of communitation, actually I am well educated. Maybe you discriminate against Chinese or look for guest who keep quiet, so terrible experience here, never back again. These are all true experience I met in this hotel.

Pros: The location is excellent - simple metro ride from airport then 3 minute walk to hotel, very easy. Good value for money because it is not in the center so cost effective. Access to metro and buses is so easy - buses only 1Euro50 - we took the bus to the furthest attraction of the day and walked back to the hotel. Valencia is a safe place to walk. The piano bar is a nice setting for that drink before bed as well as a glass of wine and toastie at lunchtime

Cons: What kind of hotel has 5 Rooms broken into on the same day and refuses to call the police???
We have just left this hotel after being in the Police station until 2am reporting thefts, 5 different rooms were broken into yesterday. The police confirmed the hotel should have contacted them immediately and they would have come immediately to investigate.
Our room was entered 4 times after we left for the day by hotel staff and management, seems very strange?! The beds were made then all our stuff was ransacked thrown all over the beds. Luggage which had padlocks on them had tge zips ripped open, nothing was left untouched so they clearly spent a while in there.
Laptops, Ipads, cash and jewelry were taken from different groups of international travellers all conveniently checking out the next morning.
But reception and management were not helpful and refused to take any responsibility, they did not want to do anything, advised us we could report ourselves to police if we really wanted wth?!
There are no safes in the rooms and bags that were locked with padlocks had the zips ripped open and the thieves spent alot of time going through stuff.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAFE or have a hotel that will actually care about its patrons!

Cons: The breakfast was overpriced at 14Euro per person - we had room only and have a travel kettle to make tea / coffee before showering - fruit from the supermarket is ideal way to start the day with so many coffee shops in town with delicious pastries. The aroma from the drains in the room were pungent when we first entered the room but nothing that a 1Euro bottle of bleach couldn't resolve.

Cons: Very plain 4* star hotel....no box of tissues in room, tv channels had no English, no tea/coffee facilities in room. Room was very hot during our 7 day stay... the A/C had been turned off even when outside temperature was in the mid to high 20’s Celsius. No bar mini-fridge.
