Pros: This is an amazing place to stay in Valencia!!! In the best location in my humble opinion, just right accross from the science centre! The hotel is modern and elegant and overall a fantastic place to spend your vacation! We had a small problem the first night with the room, but when mentioning this to reception they immediately changed us into another room, so the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Overall I can recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Valencia!!

Cons: When I got to my room, the smell was just unbearable. I prefer not to use word to describe it, but I thougth I could die. When I came back to the reception desk, the fellows there looked at each other and said: "I told you. It's reaching the fifth floor". It took me an hour to get another room. No restaurant, no room service, no rooftop terrace. I moved to another hotel in the morning.

Cons: There is really not much to tell - only two tiny things that I think were not ideal. First the breakfast is VERY expensive in my view (20 Eur per adult and 10 Eur per child). Because of the price we never tried it but had breakfast both days below 20 Eur for the entire family in different cafes 100m down the road!!! And the second thing was that the pool was closing at 7pm, which in my opinion it being Spain and all is very early. But none of these things really were bothering us during our stay, I just mentioned it to fill this box :)

Cons: We ate in the hotel on 3 nights but the last night was a complete shambles. One meal didn’t arrive until everyone else had finished and another was cold. In my opinion those two meals should have been removed from the bill. Desserts and coffee were offered free but this wasn’t adequate to address the issue. Heavy rain appears to have led to water ingress into my friends room.

Cons: The rooms are already old fashioned and need to be refurbished. Westin publish 45m² rooms (look at their URL or booking.com). That was the reason for us to book there. When we arrived we got a 30m² room and had to discuss the situation. It takes one hour and stressed us and the staff (who didnt hold controll sometimes). At the end they did it right and we got a appropriate room the next day. the aircondition ist extremly cold, when its outside 36 degrees, then you have in all the hotel only 23 degrees, in 3 days you are sick and have a cold. many other guests also!

Cons: The window sill was absolutely filthy with pigeon droppings. The wardrobe mirror frames were chipped and one of the mirrors was slightly cracked in an upper corner. It made the wardrobe feel cheap. The entry door isn't very soundproof so I could here almost everything being discussed in the hallway outside. The lamps by our bed didn't work. The safe door was slightly wobbly.

Cons: It's definitely not a 4 stars hotel. Small overcrowded outside pool, poor rooms. No soundproof at all, you can hear what your neighbors are talking about with no spy devices, toilet flush sounds like Niagara. Long lines for breakfast every morning, you have to wait 10 mins at least to get inside the restaurant and have your breakfast.

Balcony with one chair - for a double room ???? Bath is a bit worn down.

Cons: Kept waiting for a room, well after official check in time. Poky bathroom, which required gymnastics to get into the shower. Junior suite not as big as the photos portrayed, we stayed here because it was sold as a junior suite. On reflection I would rather have stayed in a normal room in a much more updated hotel. Decor in rooms very dated, and room cleanliness a bit hit and miss (glasses left dirty first day, dirty bathroom) although a tea and coffee tray is provided, it would help if this was topped up with adequate supplies. I actually brought my own teabags from the local shop, as no more room supplies appeared. Breakfast uninspiring, and machine coffee not great. Pool is no more than a plunge pool.. Again very deceiving photos.

Cons: Well if the hotel sells a service it has to be working. I had to call three times the gym aircon was not working at all and the heat was unbearable, the heat made you sick. At the end they fix it and it was slightly better.

Pros: What I liked the most was the price, specially when compared with other hotels in the city. The local around have a lot of restaurants, pharmacies, stores and was well served with bus and metro line. The breakfast was good but a limited choise of products, even thought all the product were fresh. The room was good, clean, with a confortable bed. During the book process I ask for a marital bed, and they correspond very well. The AC worked very well and the bathroom was large and confortable. They replace hygine products everyday. The staff of the check.in was very kind and helpful.

Cons: I think for a 4* hotel they should modernize a few things such as the floor of the bedroom and the bathroom. The shower doesn't work very well, so we had hot water or cool water. We dinner on the hotel buffet once and we payed 30€ for two and there wasn't much diversity.

Pros: Great stay at Primus, everything you see on online matches the reality. The rooms were excellent, great size and always clean. The pool facilities were never busy, always room to lounge. Both bars inside and out had what you needed. We never ate dinner here however the bar menu was quite impressive, simple but tasty. We also purchased a couples package at the spa which was a fine choice, I would highly recommend. The location was fine, it's fairly easy getting around Valencia, we took Cabify's into town when we fancied, only cost a few euro. We didn't want to be too central so we could relax some days. The park is just down the road and there's plenty of restaurants on the street. If you're into shopping there's a Corte Ingles and a shopping mall just seconds from the door. And the staff were all very helpful, can't complain there.

Pros: I liked the location near to the green belt that runs through the centre of Valencia next to those fantastic futuristic buildings-the ability to hire Bicycles and ride safely in the green area and also on segregated cycle pathways. Access to the main Beach and port and easy access to the old historic town centre. The hotel itself is medium to large in feel with plenty of facilities and efficiently cleaned. Tasteful modern decor -some might say leaning towards business but arty as well. Staff are always available and always helpful with excellent language skills (English for me)

Pros: The hotel was ideally located, especially if you purchase a Hop on Hop Off Valencia Turistica Bus ticket, as the Aqua CC stop is on that route and directly outside the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful when asked questions - the outside bar area and garden was really relaxing to sit in, especially with the hum of traffic going past. I felt I was in New York as the buildings in the area are mostly high rise but a mix of hotels and residential Nice bar in the garden and the lounge area outside the restaurant was really nice to sit outside while having a drink. The water feature made it very relaxing and distracted you from the sounds of the City. Valencia itself is a great city and you are only a short walk from the Art & Science centre in the re-designed river area. We hired scooters from the hotel and made good use of the 6km of cycle path and leisure area that offers. The breakfast was very nice - hot and pleasing to the eye - buffet style but good. We stayed in another hotel a few days later with a buffet breakfast and by comparison it was awful. We paid less for this hotel per night that we did a coastal hotel in a 'less high end' area of Spain. So £ for £ really good value.

Cons: I booked a room choosing the wedding bed and I had a room with double bed saying that was no other room available (in the moment I booked where over 8 rooms available). No help with the luggage and you have to carry them yourself is not really normal for an hotel which such stars. Nobody answering from reception and if you don't get out by 11 they don't clean your room. First experience like this in all my life.

Cons: Breakfast while varied in content and range lacked something and I might have questioned paying for it every day if it had not been included in my deal - however l noticed a thriving bakery/cafe next door which would have done well if I hadn't selected breakfast. Other than that I will definitely consider it my first choice when re-visiting Valencia - which I think I well might!

Cons: The bathroom was a little strange with a separate toilet/bidet separated from the main bathroom by a glass door. As a result we left the bathroom light on at night in case we got up and walked into a glass door. The shower was over the bath and not easy to operate with a pull out mechanism. We had a complimentary coffee machine on our landing which we could use (Nespresso pod) but there was no milk except the usual pods - a fridge in that area or in the room might have added value.

Cons: the hotel is old and the room didn't look the same as on the pictures in booking.com. Also, the toilet keeps making noise for 5 minutes after you´ve splashed the water. And we could hear neighbor´s toilet noise as well. Horrible! And in the morning we were wakened up at 8 a.m by the noise of construction nearby.

Pros: The location was ideal - close to the bus stops or just across the road to the parks. The hotel is in a quiet location and has a couple of supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. It is also located within a 20min walk of a shopping centre. Another positive is the breakfast...…..it is amazing!

Cons: There are almost no outlets in the room ( 2 by the desk, and one in the bathroom). The shower fossett was very strange, you have two choices: either being lit on fire or going to the arctic. But overall a very nice hotel!

Cons: 1) the person who designed the bathroom should be kicked out from his proffesion: it is not simple to enter into bath because glass partion cannot be opened and you have to jump over bidet 2) we expected queen-size bed instead of two narrow beds 3) actually, the Avinguda del Port is very noisy even in early morning 4) holey bedsheets - the management should check the quality of service provided by outstaff firm whose maids clean rooms 5) threadbare floors in the room - the management should make some maintenance actions.

Cons: Workout facilities were very bad. Nothing like the pictures on hotel site. On other hand it is close to harbor which has many rentals which allow for exercises...

Pros: The property was located near to where we were going to see a concert.
Cons: Check in was efficient rather than friendly. The room was disappointing, we had booked a double bed. What we got was two single beds shoved together., which meant that if we wanted to get close the beds separated, this could have been resolved by placing a mattress topper over the two single beds. The decoration of the room felt very tired, there were scuff marks on the walls, floors and doors. The blinds were dirty and had been repaired with white tape which had holes in them. The bedside lamps were ill fitted to the units and wobbled. In general the room felt dirty with what looked like greasy marks on the furniture. The bathroom felt and looked dirty. The white sealant around the bath and sink was brown and moldy. For this price range 135€ excluding breakfast it does not represent value for money. When we explained this to the staff as we checked out, they just said sorry. This felt a little dismissive. In all honesty I could not recommend this hotel

Cons: Hotel did not have pool or gym. Rooftop bar was abandoned. Some parts of the hotel need renovation, like for example elevator was shaking on the way up, and cover of the electricity card was falling off

Pros: The location was great and the staff were very friendly.
Cons: This is advertised as a 4* but is more like a 2* The room was very shabby and run down. The bathroom was in a bad state with the toilet roll holder hanging off the wall and the mirror smashed. The mini bar was empty apart from 2 bottles of water. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and no dressing gown and slippers which are always found in 4* hotels. The tv was way too small and didn't work. The gym was empty apart from 2 bikes and the roof top bar was closed the whole time we were there in July due to not having enough staff to open it. We would not use this hotel again.

Cons: The internet credentialing system felt overly complicated with vouchers etc, and my second-day voucher didn't work (the staff was more than happy to find a work around for the issue.)
