Pros: beautifully potitioned room right on the beach overlooking the sea. lovely balcony- with hammock !!

Cons: possibly the breakfast- although adequate it was a little neglected- some food cold and ran out without being re-filled.

Pros: The location is excellent, next to the sea and not too far from the motorway. The hotel provides a generous supply of free toiletries.

Cons: Because of it's very good reviews we booked a room at the Voramar hotel for one night on our return journey from Portugal to France. Our room was quite small, extremely over-heated and noise from the road next to us woke us at 5.30am. I am sure the rooms with sea-facing views are more appealing. At breakfast the hot food served, bacon and eggs was limited and already cold by 9am and not refilled despite many more guests arriving before the cut off hour of 10am - disappointing as the hotel promises a 'good breakfast' which in the end was quite average.

Pros: The staff made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. fabulous sea views, very comfortable room ie bed, balcony, shower and bathroom, food in the bar was excellent, plenty of choice, very tasty. Overall experience laid-back and relaxing

Pros: The location is superb the hotel is on the beach and there are beautiful views along the Voramar section of the beach from the restaurant and external terraces. The hotel staff were friendly, and the room spotless. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good and there was an extremely helpful member of staff in the restaurant during breakfast.

Cons: To keep the ambiance of the hotel the original windows have been retained these are single glazed, I was unfortunate enough to have a room that is on the road side of the hotel. The road has traffic lights just outside the hotel and on a junction. The windows do not shut out the noise which is horrendous, especially the motorbikes revving away waiting for the lights to turn green. The bathroom did not have heating and considering the single glazed windows and that they are drafty the bathroom was extremely cold especially because the outside temperature was 5C at night when I stayed in January. The room opposite had a dog or dogs in it and when the owners returned to the room in the early hours they started to bark. The corridor leading to the rooms was tiled so there was nothing to dampen the noise of people walking through it. To say I did not sleep well was an understatement.

Pros: Location on beach.great views. Staff friendly good value for early season. Not crowded.local transport and train good value.

The sea view room was stunning..loved the hammocks on the balcony. Lots of extras in the bathrokm! Gr 8staff really helpful. We WILL return! Was deluxe at a gr8 price!

Pros: Everything was really good. The quality and range of the food, the hardworking staff who keep everything clean and tidy, the location so close to the beach and most of all the great value.

Cons: The hotel is far from the airport, there is no transfer to the hotel (to other servigroup hotels there is). We arrived and left on Sunday, when there are only a few buses between the airport and Benicassim. The taxi fare is about 6o euros. We left the hotel in the morning at 8 o'clock, before breakfast, and we did not get any food - a sandwich or something small. But we did get coffee.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, good Spanish breakfast, cosy atmosphere, close to the beach, good Wi-Fi, but actually I did not have the intend to use it 24/7. The city itself is really great for having rest and forgeting about everything. The beach which is close to the hotel is sandy, but if you like pebble, it is possible to be found in the direction to Castellon.

Pros: We've just had a five day break in this hotel in Benicassim. The hotel is in an ideal location - a few steps away from a beautiful sandy beach and 10 minutes walk to the town. There are a few restaurants nearby on the promenade but being a bit late in the season, some had closed. There are one or two more in town. An added bonus is that the hotel provides private secure free parking in the grounds, which is always important to us. The hotel has a nice welcoming atmosphere. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. They were lovely and friendly and the receptionists most helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. Our room was at the side of the hotel, but we still had a sea view from the balcony. There is a lovely little garden where you can sit with a book or a coffee in the mornings. The continental breakfast is very appetising, the bread and croissants deliciously fresh. Great coffee as well. Although this hotel lacks the extra frills of a higher graded hotel, e.g. pool, safe etc, we think it deserves another star. To be honest, we do not normally stay in 2 star hotels, but the great reviews persuaded us and it didn't disappoint. We would highly recommend this place for a restful break.

Antique furniture which made it interesting and a nice change from modern hotels where all the rooms and furniture are the same. The infinity pool is amazing. The towelling robes were a nice touch. Small fridge in the room which was great and there was complimentary water and juice in it. Great products in the bathroom which were plentiful. Really enjoyed our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate in going back.

Cons: Loved everything about the hotel and the staff were so friendly....except for the staff who worked in the breakfast room. They were efficient but not very friendly.

Pros: The grounds were gorgeous and spacious. 3 pools- one inside. Lots of outside tables and chairs and sun beds to relax in. The decor inside was nice too . It was 1950’s Catskills or Poconos. Plenty of places to relax inside too The room was big with fabulous views of the sea and mountains. It should be noted that the beach is 50 m down a small hill.so this is not on the water WiFi was great, fast and worked everywhere on the grounds there were lots of little nooks to relax in. We did not use the spa Reception staff had English and were helpful. Bikes available to use

Cons: The food was very expensive and average at best. Lunch and dinner were 30 euros each. Better prices in town. The staff in dining room were efficient but not friendly . Breakfast staff seemed more interested in preparing the tables for lunch than helping. Outside staff were better If you want to use the indoor pool you must have a bathing cap. They charges 5 euros so bring one. My biggest problem was the bed. It was so firm that it was like sleeping on a board. I did find some blankets in the room and used them as padding. The bathroom as small and the toilet was behind the door. So there was lots of shimmying to get to it as there was not much space between the door and sink

Pros: The hotel is quite close to the beach (5 min walk) and it has a beautiful pool/lounge area. The parking is quite big and free for hotel guests. It did offer breakfast included in the price, and it was decent.

Cons: Unfortunately the pool is always shaded by buildings, a part from the hottest hours of the day. Before 12pm and after 5pm you can’t bathe and get some sun. The facilities are quite old-fashioned, the rooms take you back to the 80s and you can hear everything from the corridors. There is also no little fridge in the room, not even for water. It wasn’t a bad stay at all, but there seem to be nicer and better equipped 3 stars in the area.

Pros: breakfast was both varied and excellent. Help was at hand at all times. To eat outside the hotel entailed quite a walk, and was limited. I liked the "free" `parking of the hotel.

Cons: On my second visit the shower attachment was jammed and it was too short notice to have a shower before we set off. The reception was told, apologised but I do not know why others had not reported it.

Cons: The original price when booked changed by £40 on the last day, only noticed accidently when i checked out as i booked by credit card and thought the price i booked was a confirmed price. Couldn't get an iron even though i saw one at reception. No english tv channels. Nothing welcoming in room such as water, kettle, t bags and such. Room was not same as advertised and was extremily small and stuffy. Unable to lock balcony door with key. Pool and gym not on site. Had to pay extra to use gym. Lift very small could only hold 1 person with luggage. Basically, if you book this hotel, do not have any great expectations.

Pros: This place offers very good value for your money. The room is tidy, the bed is comfortable and the air conditioning works very well. The receptionist was lovely, always helpful and her English was really good, which is rare in Benicassim.

Pros: Location was close to he main street; it was a small town. I liked the fact that there were enough parking places in the streets around the hotel. Also, I liked the perfect cleanness in the hotel. The interior was constructed with basic materials but this was not a disadvantage - on the contrary, it gave the room this simplistic rustic flavor which I personally liked. The bathroom was spacey, white, modern, and very clean. The hotel is small but has an elevator.

Cons: The room was of the easy-jet type so it didn't have much space or furniture other than the basic necessity - 2 beds, a TV on the wall, a mirror, and a very small coffee table; no chairs. Also no wardrobe but there were hangers on the wall which were enough. All this is understandable since the room was long and narrow in size.

Cons: The property was not open on arrival. There was no one at reception and the contact number was not answered. We had to find alternative accommodation on a Sunday night

Pros: Easy location on a road trip. Parking and clean tidy room, balcony with views of the beach. Only a block from the beach. Very reasonable price especially as breakfast was included.

Cons: The coffee at the breakfast was not the best, we suggest that if you need a morning coffee you buy it at the bar.

Cons: There are a number of things not as expected for this price : awful breaskfast, no air conditionner, no water or coffee in the room, common spaces old fashionned and very noisy.
