8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. Quiet. Central location. Parking, though not cheap.
Cons: No bar or food available apart from breakfast
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was a terrific find booked on the morning of our stay as we journeyed through Spain. The hotel is spacious & the room even more so. It had the biggest double bed I think I’ve ever seen! All facilities were in excellent condition & room service was prompt & friendly. It’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer! The town was a little disappointing but we will certainly look out for this hotel chain in future!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Arantxa at the reception is a gem. She was very helpful and very hospitable, made us feel welcome and at home.
Cons: Bathroom door will not close. Garage opening door was narrow, though arantxa warned us about it.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was large and with an extra bed, still plenty of room to move around. The double bed was massively wide, could fit a whole family in there! And comfortable. Bathroom extra clean. Everything is walking distance. Loads of nice bars, tapas, restaurants within 5-10 mins.
Cons: Breakfast was odd. Everything there but eggs, bacon, sausages weren't tasty, fruit not ripe for eating, bread dry. We left most of it. V expensive at €13 a head, when the room didn't cost much more! Better to go to one of the many cafes round the corner.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, fresh product and good coffee
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast, good location close to important places in city, restaurant available with good kitchen, very good parking underground, with electric station
Cons: Not available charging cable to electric car, but only the station. Heating in the room failed to work and the room had to be changed, the entrance in the parking is narrow, not for S-Class and similar cars
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was excellent: very spacious, with an enourmous bed and two confortable sofas. The bathroom was very large as well, and nicely equiped. The location was convenient, close to the city center and not far from the train station.
Cons: For some reason, our room window was stuck and we couldn't close it completely, so we heard some noise during the night (but overall not much). We would have liked to have a water heater in the room, and we also missed having an available power plug where to charge a laptop while using it on the desk.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good hotel would definitely recommend a stay there

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Civis was being refurbished so we were moved to the Tryp Hotel just across the road. Great hotel, great staff, great room (Tryp!)
Cons: Nothing!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Our room was spacious and clean, well lighting and excelent for resting. The bathroom had double sinks and it was big, the room had two TVs and a couch so everyone was happy to relax and watch whatever. The location is great, at 7-10 minutes of walk to the center or to the park, a 15 minutes walk to the train & bus station. The restaurants near by are plenty and some, very good, plus you have grocery stores at 4 minutes away if you need anything. The staff is nice and helpful.
Cons: First of all, I did not like that they had no ramp for strollers/wheelchairs. We traveled with a baby and carried around the stroller, once to get outside-inside and once to the elevator... The hotel has paper thin walls, you can hear others caugh or bathe as if they were in the room with you. They kindly offered a baby cot, but beware young parents, as the cot has metal bars on the sides and our baby hit her head on them, got a mark...
7,5 Good
Pros: I liked the comfort of the hotel and the fact I had an armchair and small table in my room. The bed linen and towels were lovely and clean and changed often. My bed was made for me each day, bins emptied and the room kept clean.
Cons: There weren't any decent tv channels in English - It wasn't a biggy though, as I had my laptop & Netflix - The room had a small window & was rather dark. I was REALLY DISAPPOINTED with the male waiters at the hotel - I couldn't quite work out what their problem was but it seemed to be based on the fact that I was a lone female traveler, (In fact, I was visiting Castellon to meet up with my son who has been living their this year). One afternoon, I wanted to do some work on my laptop but I wanted to get out of my room as it was rather dark. I sat downstairs in the small area next to the restaurant and ordered a coffee. The coffee was stone cold but it tasted ok so I drank it rather than make a fuss. After working for about 2 hours on my laptop, I was surprised that I hadn't been offered another drink or my empty coffee cup been cleared away - I tried repeatedly to make eye contact with either of the 2 waiters, neither of whom was busy as only 3 tables in the restaurant were occupied by a total of 6 people. After about 20 minutes of both waiters looking at me, then looking away again, I finally got a jerk of the head from the younger of the two, which I think meant to say "What can I get for you." I asked for sparkling water - 3 times - He jerked his head at me 3 more times and then eventually came close enough to take the order properly. When he returned with the water, I went to make eye contact & thank him for the drink but he turned away abruptly, without smiling or making eye contact. Very strange & rather rude. I felt embarrassed and awkward so didn't go in the cafeteria again until the last evening. My son had just left and I thought I'd have a glass of wine - The waiter poured me a (very tiny & unmeasured) glass of white wine, but again, turned swiftly on his heels, pursing his lips at me as if I had no business ordering wine/a drink at the bar.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: A very modern hotel on the edge of the old town. My room was large and very clean and comfortable with a large comfy bed and a huge bathroom. The heating was certainly very effective as it was a chilly December day outside. The desk staff were efficient and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and not bad value. The Plaza Major which is the old center of the city was around 20 minutes walk away through a maze of quite pretty and interesting streets.
Cons: I was close to a function room (I think it was below me) so I could hear the hubbub of voices until around 10pm which was no issue. However, then the staff moved in to rearrange everything and were noisily moving and scraping furniture around until around 1130pm which was really disturbing. No tea/coffee making facilities.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Charging point for electric car
Cons: Tv needed to be mounted on a movable bracket

Cons: Breakfast was rather poor
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast, comfy Roland good facilities, next door to Train and bus stations. An indiscretion took place on the morning of my departure, the incident was handled superbly and professionally, a incident like this would normally put you off a revisit but I shall return..
Cons: In my likes I have eluded to an indiscretion, this could happen anywhere.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I was just for night so difficult to say but breakfast ok Just in front of station so ideal to take train or bus next day
Cons: All ok
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, comfortable, and friendly hotel managed and operated by excellent staff ( lobby staff, restaurant staff and even bed-making staff. Room rate is extremely reasonable for such a nice room. Staff are highly professional and always very helpful. We checked out early before breakfast started and the staff prepared a bag of breakfast for us.
Cons: No problem at all but if I must pick up one thing, I think walls between the rooms are thin because I could hear the gentleman next door coughing when I was in my room.

7,0 Good
Cons: The rooms were very warm
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good - typical of a business hotel. We ate in the restaurant in the evening twice -there was a fixed price for a 3 course meal and drinks with about four choices in each category (starter/main/sweet) and the food was excellent.
Cons: In the evenings the restaurant had little atmosphere and was almost empty, which was a shame as the food was excellent.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, clean and quiet. Close to center. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
7,1 Good
Pros: Very clean. Good location.
Cons: Not a modern hotel. Facilities are old. Poor soundproofing in the rooms. On our second night there were some teenagers in the room next door and were very noisy. We told the reception 4 times but nothing changed.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We've stayed here a number of times before - never disappoints!
Cons: Only one bugbear (as with most accommodations in Spain!) The bath with shower was extremely slippery and no grab rails or shower mat. Style over safety is pretty common overall...extreme caution required!

Cons: None
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Ambiance of the hotel Wide spaces Comfortable
Cons: No issues
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very well located. Close to the beach and a not far from Benicassim (where many bars and restaurants are located). The hotel offers bikes for rent at a good price. The Staff at reception and restaurant were extremely friendly and the breakfast options were great. The pool and outdoor areas of the hotel are pretty nice. The rooms are spacious, a lot bigger than other rooms in the same categories of hotels, the verandah is quite big too and there is a clothesline strategically placed for your wet swimsuits there.
Cons: In the rooms there are not outlets by the bedside and the curtains don’t really black out the entire room. The feedback was passed on to the reception during check out and was very well received. They informed that these details have already been noticed and the hotel will be performing some maintenance (section by section) to fix them during the winter.

Cons: Having to hire a pool towel

Pros: Staff ok, Cleanliness ok
Cons: No taxi service. Majority of taxi drivers are unable to find this Hotel. Very inconvenient for people who have not been to Spain before.
5,7 Okay
Pros: The hotel was ok.
Cons: Restaurant is closed in the evening. We had to eat in the cafeteria. The food was uneatable. Plates were banged down on the table in front of you. At 6 in the morning there was no hot water for a shower. we even let the tap run for more than 5 minutes. Not a good way to end a day or start a new one with a long days drive ahead.
6,0 Good
Pros: Very decent hotel on the highway.
Cons: People were smoking at the coffee shop.
4,0 Okay
Pros: it provided, ata reasonable price, the minimum level of facilities that were needed to make a long commute more comfortable
Cons: the hotel had a weeding reception with many guests staying over. It seems that such events in Spain are noisy and that was tolerable for a while but guests partying in hall ways at 3am is not. Staff took little action that I could see and it was left up to guests to induce revellers to take their party elsewhere
5,7 Okay
Pros: It was easy and mostly the staff could be helpful-english was sometimes a problem. Very affordable-could choose breakfast or not.
Cons: One staff member was not as friendly as the others. It was also quite a distance from the beach-fine with a car. For a beach holiday, would look for something closer next time.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Dogs were allowed in the room.
Cons: It was very difficult to find as there are major road works in the area. The restaurant was not open so we ate in the bar, where the food was mediocre and the surroundings were basic. Smoking was allowed in the bar. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Pros: Arantxa at the reception is a gem. She was very helpful and very hospitable, made us feel welcome and at home.
Cons: Bathroom door will not close. Garage opening door was narrow, though arantxa warned us about it.

Pros: Breakfast was good, fresh product and good coffee

Pros: Very good breakfast, good location close to important places in city, restaurant available with good kitchen, very good parking underground, with electric station
Cons: Not available charging cable to electric car, but only the station. Heating in the room failed to work and the room had to be changed, the entrance in the parking is narrow, not for S-Class and similar cars

Pros: Very good hotel would definitely recommend a stay there

Pros: An amazing breakfast buffet. The best we had on our holiday. A very pleasant lady in the dining room, so was the receptionist lady. Clean. easy to find.
Cons: Almohadas. That is a problem in many Spanish hotels. This kind of pillow is a nightmare. Impossible to sleep on it. I suggest the hotels buys almohadas with memory. Much better option.

Pros: Civis was being refurbished so we were moved to the Tryp Hotel just across the road. Great hotel, great staff, great room (Tryp!)
Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Charging point for electric car
Cons: Tv needed to be mounted on a movable bracket
