Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. We got to the hotel and were immediately greeted by Greg who helped us with our luggage and valeted our skis for us. He showed us to our room and gave us helpful tips to avoid lift lines in the morning. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The lobby area was also very clean and always had water and iced tea for guests. From 2-4p they put out chocolate chip cookies and hot chocolate for guests when they come back in from the slopes. The location of the hotel was very convenient. We had easy access to the free bus in town to get to Lionshead. It was walkable to Vail village and all of the restaurant and shops there. It is also very close to the covered bridge and the transportation center. No complaints here!

Pros: The location is amazing. Access to Gondola One at Vail is great. Ski Concierge is helpful. In lobby coffee and tea set-up, and afternoon snack time. There is limited food service at this time. The facilities are great, however, there is only a small pool. The hotel provides bikes for local usage- a fun feature. All the staff we interacted with were very kind, helpful and friendly. They were excited when we didn't have a car.
Cons: Pool/hot tub experience on the small side. Old squishy pillows - we would have enjoyed a bit firmer pillow. Reduced food service - but due to covid times. Hopefully will resume soon. We didn't park a car - but apparently this is stressful and expensive.

Pros: Great location within Vail Village. The lobby was beautiful and cozy, the rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. Very comfortable bed, soft bedding and towels, nice robes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Every morning there was coffee, tea, and several complimentary newspapers ready for you in the lobby. Every afternoon there was coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and fresh cookies waiting for you, as well as a roaring fire.

Pros: The staff was very nice and the view of the creek was very pretty. If you do not have to do any work while on vacation then this is a fine place to stay.
Cons: There is no business center. From 7 am- 7 pm you can use the computers in the coffee shop but once it closes you have to go to the second floor and pay $5 to start the computer and $.50 for every minute after that. I don't mind paying for a nice place to stay so the fact that it was a little more in price doesn't bother me, what bothers me is that it cost more and the quality was poor. There was nothing overly exciting about the room (in which the phone didn't work and there were holes in the curtains) and the food in the restaurant was okay, nothing compared to what it should have been for the price. If you're going to stay here (although I suggest otherwise since you can pay the same amount for another resort) don't count on having a business center and eat as much as you can in town where there are good restaurants.

Pros: On the Gore River, with pool, spa, and restaurant facing beautiful Aspen mountainside. The sound of the river aded to the relaxation. I rode my bicycle on the Gore Valley Trail, which is located immediately adjanct to the hotel. We had breakfast two mornings at the outside seating of the restaurant. A beautiful and delicious way to start each day. Saturday afternoon there was live acoustic music at the pool area that was great. Regular free shuttle service to Lionshead and Vail Village. All the staff with whom we interacted were very attentive and nice. My wife enjoyed her pedicure at the onsite Aria Spa. The room was quiet, attractive and comfortable. We are thinking of returning once the Aspen leaves turn so we can stare at a mountainside of yellow Aspen.

Pros: The hotel was amazing it has really pretty views it was fun to explore the whole hotel and it has a really nice pool and jacuzzi. The restaurant inside the hotel seems pricey but it really wasn't for the two of us and the food was amazing.
Cons: don't try the ramen place it was way over priced and didn't even taste good they make you believe it's good but its not but it's not related to the hotel. The only thing was this hotel was a little distant from where the mall and everything was but they did have a bus but if your wanting to go out and walk around this may not be the best place from you.

Pros: One of the best vacation experiences I've ever had. They upgraded me to a room with a balcony and view of the gorgeous mountainside for free. They also helped me with my proposal to my now fiance by decking the room out with flowers, candles, champagne, etc. Concierge was very helpful and helped us plan some really fun activities as we're not big skiers. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

Pros: It was extremely comfortable, at a perfect location! Never seen anything like the service they offer and we've been around. There's a great pool that I wasn't even aware of when booking and was an amazing bonus. Also for frum people going in the summer we were right next to the KMR group and they put up a local eiruv. In short, this place is affordable, even cheap for what it offers and absolutely has it all, adults and children alike.

Pros: Overall the hotel was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we pulled up to when we left. The proximity to the village was a quick walk across the street, no issues at all. The suite was amazing!! Spacious, lots of room to store your items and you don't feel clustered. Fireplace was great in the room as well.
Cons: The price was higher than I would normally pay, but I did book last minute so I guess that comes with the territory. No other complaints, great place! I'll be back in the winter!

Pros: By far the best and most convenient location for skiing in Vail Village. The newly renovated Lodge is once again a great place to stay. While it is not the most luxurious hotel in Vail due to strong competitiom, the rooms are extremely comfortable, spa and pool are great, breakfast is delicious and restauramt options are good too.

Pros: Can't beat the location. It's right next to the hospital and just a short walk from the center of town.
Cons: This is an older hotel in need of renovation, but that's reflected in the price. Overall, it was a good value for the price and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Cons: The hotel did seem to be a little run down the staff just went thru the motions. Perhaps they [the front desk] were just having a bad morning. i would stay there again...for 70 bucks ...thats all its worth...
