Because we were 3 adults in a room, they assumed we need a cot. Everything was set up but got them to take it out. They responded quickly and without hesitation. We could walk very easily to the train, which was great! We did not do Disney and getting into Tokyo was an hour and half train. But well worth it.

Our room was very spacious for it being in Japan. Unfortunately there was 3 of us in the room and they filled it with 4 beds literally side by side. So in order to get into the beds, you had to crawl from the foot of the bed. 2 of the beds were hard as a rock which made it difficult to sleep. I think the floor was softer. Pros (+) The hotel itself was beautiful with restaurants and shops and amenities that provided enough that you didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to. The room I had was newer and well designed with a great view of the Disney parks.
Cons (-) My room had two single beds and for the price I paid there should have been at least a queen. The coupons I was given for breakfast was given to me under my door every day inside an envelope which is not only a waste of paper, but also annoying to not be given all of them at once especially since they said the date on them. The Oasis area felt dated and run down.

Pros (+) If going to Disney, it’s close.
Cons (-) Staff was mediocre. I expect better service when in Japan. Grand Cafe buffet was a gouge. Indoor pool-free, outdoor pool-$30-40 Ikspari has a bunch stores, restaurants and a grocery.
