Pros: 1. It's great for everything at Hotel Emion Square. It's quiet new ! (since Jan/2018) 2. Breakfast is wonderful. 3. Shuttle bus is very convenient to DisneySea and DisneyLand. 4. There is a Family Mart on the 2nd floor inside the hotel. 5. There are two restaurants at Hotel Emion Tower, one is Italian style, the other is Japenese style. We will try the SPA on the 2nd floor if we have opportunity to come back again.

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Long walk from station shin-Urayasu
8,3 Excellent

Cons: The scramble eggs during breakfast.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Modern, clean & spacious. Breakfast buffet very good. An on-site family Mart an excellent addition. Beds very comfortable too
Cons: Nothing!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are small which is very common in Japan. we had a 4 person room that still fit 2 big suitcases and the rest of our 7 member family would come over to eat. Tight fit but still comfortable. The hotel provides a shuttle for free to Disney land and a shuttle back. The last shuttle is 11 pm. Its a family friendly hotel. The family mart on the second floor was very helpful. If you're booking more than one room and want to stay in the hotel , please be aware that there is the emion square and emion tower. Our family was accidentally split when I booked but it wasnt any problem at all. The hotels are literally a 40 second walk apart. If you need a can to anywhere the hotel will call you one. The train station is around a 7-10 minute walk. We managed to walk from and to the station with our big suitcases so it is doable. It is very clean. And room service provided evey morning. They also have washing facilities on site.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved that this motel offered large rooms, very clean, helpful staff, close to the train station and food. Also enjoyed using the onsen in the accommodation it is a must! They also have a7 eleven in the motel!

4,6 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: A/c in room poor Mould in bathroom Buffet rubbish for price
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff are very friendly. The place is clean with 24 hours store with food that can be warmed up for you. We will return again.
Cons: None.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were wonderful - very polite and courteous. Breakfast for 6 days was fantastic and a huge variety. Room was cleaned immaculately every day and surprisingly very spacious for a family of 6. The 2 shuttle bus options, especially to Disneyland and Disney Sea were brilliant, convenient and efficient. We didn't have to wait long to get anywhere...loved it! A huge bonus for us was having the All Blacks and Wallabies rugby teams base themselves at the Hilton. It was a real treat meeting these players in person and we captured moments that will last us a lifetime. We will definitely stay at the Hilton Tokyo Bay again!!
Cons: The laundry costs were steep but it's expected. It was only noticeable because we were a family of 6 staying 6 nights. I had a white shirt returned still with stains around the neck area but didn't notice until we left. For the cost I spent to have it cleaned, I expected to have no stains when returned.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed in Tokyo bay to avoid the hustle and bustle of Tokyo itself, ideal location for Disney, with a free shuttle service to the park entrances and to Maihamma train station. The staff go out their way to assist you, which makes for a fantastic time! Awesome selection for breakfast, with every taste catered for, although it is buffet style it gets very busy from 07.00. Ample shuttle buses to both airports at a reasonable cost.
7,5 Good
Pros: Renovated suites, has a 24hrs convenience store, sells Disneyland tickets and airport shuttle.
Cons: Park view that is paid more is basically a construction site view. Check in staff struggles with English, took a while )but otherwise are very friendly). Bar is a bit overpriced.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and service was lovely, good restaurants in the facility. The view from our room was great
Cons: No sanitary bin provided, just a small bag.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient location for going Disneyland and Disneysea!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very magical with little things for children to explore. Morning breakfast and waiting staff were excellent. View of Disneyland for the night fireworks was nice. Onsite parking was good being under cover and reasonably priced for location (4,700 yen for 2 nights). Disney offical bus to take you to the Bayside Station is always a nice way to travel. Close to Disneyland by Monorail, you have to do almost a full loop of the track to get to Disneyland itself but coming back to the hotel of an evening is the very next stop.
Cons: Dinner options limited with either a course menu or buffet and both quite expensive. We took the buffet option as reviews said it was good for kids. We could not find the pricing for this in our room but looking online found a review that said it was about 3,000 yen with drink bar. This was wrong with it being double this and for one child, as our other 2 children are 5 and under being free, was close to 5,000 yen. On the second night we got some food from the Convenience store in the lobby. This seems to be a rather popular option as the the store was packed. The store selves has a lot of options and I would recommend this over the buffet. Also feeding the family for under 2,000 yen with food we actually wanted was definitely the way to go.
9,1 Excellent
Pros: Great rooms, simple and stylish, friendly staff, incredible workout room, located right across from monorail stop
Cons: A couple sketchy stains on the wall and under-bed-curtain-thing... but everything else was super clean
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was great size with fantastic ocean view. Very comfortable and spacious. Loads of shops within the hotel to get snacks and drink to take to the room. Played the rugby world cup matches on the TV's in the bar. Close to Disney
Cons: Buffet was expensive and not very hot but good selection of food. No complementary water in the room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was on the top floor looking towards Disneyland. We felt as if we had walked into a Hollywood Star's bedroom. Huge bed, great bathroom. Loved the toilet facilities and using the iron! Our family was on the 4th floor in a Magical Kingdom room. Very comfortable for the five in their group.
Cons: The mattress on the lovely HUGE bed was firm. I had to go looking for a housemaid to show me how to open the iron container, loved the result. I want one of those...
Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay - Urayasu - Building
5
8,7 Excellent (8 523 reviews)
R3 591+
Overview Reviews
Located in Urayasu (Maihama), Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay is steps from Tokyo Bay and a 4-minute drive from Tokyo DisneySea®. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good, albeit a bit pricey. For a family of 3 buffet, it was around 100AUD. Pretty standard I guess for a 5 star hotel however. Very close to the Bayside station for visiting Disney and the bus is convenient as well. Size of the room was large. Bathroom was large as well.
Cons: The beds were quite hard to sleep on. The cost for breakfast was quite expensive.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Loved this hotel. Location is the best, clean, big rooms, great staff. Overall wonderful and will be staying again innthe future.
Cons: I love a firm bed but the beds were extra extra firm, took a little getting used to but that was the only thing that was a tiny issue!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and very helpful. Bathroom was spacious and room service breakfast was a real treat
Cons: Cheaper pricing for the meals at the restaurants within the hotel. Overpriced for what you got.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff and service
Cons: The location lacks some dinner options that are better value
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff at check in and bell services. The rooms are a good size and very clean. We stayed in a refurbished room on the 5th floor and had all the features in the pictures including a small kitchenette which is useful. The restaurants only open at 7am for breakfast which, if you're going to Tokyo Disney for opening is too late so we ate in the parks instead. There is a small convenience store in the hotel which is helpful. There is a small Disney store also with a good range of Disney products. The restaurant also offers a good range of takeaway options and drinks including alcohol for when you get back late at night. The shuttle bus goes to Bayside station every 2/3 minutes, it's only a 5 minute walk however. 2 stops from Maihama metro station which makes it an easy 20/25 minute trip into central Tokyo.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location nearby Disneyland
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Location perfect for Disneyland and Disneysea. It’s literally a 5 minute walk to the Disney monorail line that does a loop around both Disney’s and 2 other stops, or you can get the free shuttle bus that takes 2 minutes. We arrived well before checkin and the staff kept our bags and moved them to the room whilst we were went to Disneyland. Huge bathroom and room, more than enough room for our family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 10. Room service menu limited, but there are plenty of food options elsewhere, so that’s probably why. We were really happy with this hotel and would highly recommend it for those wanting to be close to Disneyland and Sea.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were brilliant, friendly and very helpful. Great service. Good room with huge bathroom.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The Hilton Hotel located next door. The Hilton included great amenities for tourists and families including cafe and restaurants.
Cons: Okura Hotel is old and tired. Also behind the times of expectations of an international tourist. Amenities unavailable at peak times or there was an additional cost.
6,7 Good
Pros: Large room which was great for the family, with lots of luggage, bathroom and room were ideal. Great access to the Disney parks.
Cons: Bed were very firm and the room was too warm, even with 25-30 degree days, hard to get the air conditioning to cool the room sufficiently. What was most disappointing was being charged to use the pool, which was not clear on booking, however the rates were expensive, approximately $25AUD to watch a child swim on top of the child fee of $16AUD for a swim. A lesson learnt for swimming in Japan. Paying $600-$700 per night and having to pay extra for the pool seems to be excessive.

Pros: Staffs are super nice ,specially one guy ( i wished i asked his name)

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great shuttle service to Disney, as well as airport service to narita with a separate shuttle that you can reserve online. Lawson inside the hotel was very convenient for getting food to bring with us.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed at several of the Disneyland area hotels and this one is now probably our favorite. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and it is handy to have a separate toilet and shower room so both can be used at once while everyone is getting ready in the morning. There is an excellent Lawson's shop on the ground floor where you can get everything from raincoats, snacks to entire meals very cheaply. They have cheap and easy to use coin laundry machines and dryers on every floor which is very convenient. The Sento public bath on the 7th floor was an awesome free experience. The free shuttle bus service can take you to Disneyland or Disneysea and from Disneyland it is a very short walk to a huge shopping center that includes a chemist, cinema showing English movies, a food court and a large supermarket. It is also a very short walk from Disneyland to Maihama station which is just 13 minutes from central Tokyo station. We took the airport bus right to and from the door of the hotel which was excellent.
Cons: Not their fault but being 6'6" I couldn't fit into the free slippers and cute pyjamas provided. If you are more interested in touring Tokyo than seeing Disneyland then you are adding a bit of travel time each day.
7,9 Good
Pros: Free shuttle to Disney Land
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were very comfortable offering pajamas for everyone, fresh towels and toothbrushes everyday and the hotel offered shuttle buses to both Disney parks and Narita Airport
Cons: The only issue we had was the limitation of food in the local area.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We just really enjoy this hotel. Is our go to when it comes to go to Disney in Tokyo

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast very nice, our room(9th F) view is very good, hotel lobby cafe have selling meal box for take away when we back from Disney about 9:00pm.hotel Playground oasis is very nice for kids.
Cons: No
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It's proximity to Disneyland.
Cons: The pool hours. They need to be open earlier and later to accommodate people going to Disneyland during the day but still wanting to swim in the morning or the evening.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel itself was beautiful with restaurants and shops and amenities that provided enough that you didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to. The room I had was newer and well designed with a great view of the Disney parks.
Cons: My room had two single beds and for the price I paid there should have been at least a queen. The coupons I was given for breakfast was given to me under my door every day inside an envelope which is not only a waste of paper, but also annoying to not be given all of them at once especially since they said the date on them. The Oasis area felt dated and run down.
6,0 Good
Pros: Very close to the Disneyland train. Friendly staff.
Cons: Got a park wing double twin room. So if you are wondering whether the park is referring Disneyland or the parking structure, it is the latter. The third floor room oversees the driveway of the hotel next door and a slim view of the Tokyo bay, and nothin.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great variety on the breakfast buffets (choice of 2) Recommend booking a room on the Park Wing, I believe it’s the newest section of hotel. Our Park Wing room was very comfy and clean, large deep bathtub and big separate shower. Great view of the parks.
Cons: It was 27-30 degrees Celsius in early October when we visited, but the outside pool was still closed for winter. Also disappointing that the outside pool is an extra cost to in-house guests when it is open.
7,0 Good
Pros: The room was comfortable, clean and lovely.
Cons: Cost of food at the downstairs restaurants and room service was very expensive and not very good value for what we got. Also, the pool was closed and looking a little tired. The putt putt area was unkempt and cost money (this should be free!). So there was nothing for our kids to do to keep them occupied. There was also very few options for televisions/movies.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location to Tokyo Disney
10,0 Excellent
Pros: very convenient for travel and great location
10,0 Excellent
Pros: What was not to like! The beds were amazing, the hotel was fantastic and it was so close to both of the Disney parks. We had views of both outside our window. We also arrived on my birthday and the hotel had arranged a special happy birthday message and gift for me. Fantastic hotel!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had family of four with Parkview rooms. It was comfortable and we had views at night of both Toyko Disney and DisneySea. There is also coin laundry which was so convenient. Also food in Galleria was excellent. location was fantastic to both Disney.
Cons: Breakfast was limited to buffet and same menu at Galleria cafe.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The pool was nice.
Cons: The room was supposed to be soundproof, but you could hear everything that happened around you; the people in the room above, the people in the room next to ours, the traffic outside and the people in the hallway. The people above us were running around until 1 pm. The staff didn't do anything to help the situation. When we got to our room, the toilet lid feel of when we opened it. The water in the bathtub didn't drain. Most definitely not worth the money.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Near Disneyland
Cons: Fake photos Waiting time when wanted eating breakfast

Cons: Breakfast buffet was expensive and no wi Fi in rooms.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was beautiful !!! Our room looked at the park, others look at the bay! The hotel was so clean, and the staff so friendly. A member of the staff actually took us on a little tour of the hotel, and walked us to our room, showed us the wonderful details, and took our picture! The rooms are themed, and ours was castle themed. We had a small shelf with a glass slipper on the wall. Many other details. They had a lot of small things to use, like face wash, a small folding brush, toothbrushes with paste, paper slippers, pajamas to sleep in, and others. The price for what we got was amazing! Maybe it was because it was not a weekend. I would go there again and again. The shuttle bus that took us to the train station was also amazing. Retro Disney Mickey Mouse. Even the air vents and handles were micky mouse shaped. Unbelievable!!! You will love this hotel!!!
Cons: It was a tiny bit on the warm side, I like it cold when I sleep, but I have noticed that so far on my stay in Japan, the hotels are awesome, but slightly warm. It might just be the time of year. Middle of September, a bit humid, or I could be going through menopause and the temperature is fine. Lol
5,4 Okay
Pros: Room is good and thank to have a 3bed
Cons: Breakfast is expensive. Not have a buy hot coffee.
5,1 Okay
Pros: I chose this hotel for location because it was near Disney parks and had a shuttle. I paid almost $200/night for a room for up to 4 guests and was given a rather small Spartan room with 2 twin beds with a half size pillow on each and no closets. We drove down in the morning, parked and went in to see if we could possibly check in early, so we wouldn’t have to leave the park and come back to the hotel at the 3pm check-in. We just wanted to do the paperwork and leave our bags with the bell capt. to be taken to our room when it was ready. They said no to the check-in, but that leaving the car in the parking area was fine. We went out, got on the shuttle, which didn’t take us to the park, but to the monorail station where we were charged $2.50 each, each way, then again when we returned to check-in to the hotel. Breakfast buffet $32, dinner buffet $42. Final insult was $57 for parking 11am to 7am the next morning. All costs are approximate.
Cons: Covered above
6,7 Good
Pros: Great location to Tokyo Disney Resort.
Cons: Very disappointed that the hotel does not have any internet service. Very behind when compared to other hotels.
7,5 Good
Pros: Nice hotel for short stay
Cons: No comment
6,3 Good
Pros: Close to Disneyland Disney shops inside of hotel
Cons: The shuttle getting to the hotel to check in was no clear so we ended up walking to the hotel from the train station asking our hotel and people everyone said there wasn’t a bus to our hotel walking 2 miles with our luggage we learned there was when we arrived! Also the beds are very very hard and only one flat pillow! Another down side was no complementary breakfast instead you pay $40 per person for there breakfast buffet that was unfortunately similar to a complementary breakfast quality! Over all way over priced for the quality of the hotel itself. Rooms where very cramped and no space to change unless you want everyone staying with you to watch as there is no space in the room!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: On the free shuttle circuit so easy to reach the Disney Parks
9,2 Excellent
Pros: the place is clean and really comfortable✌️
Cons: there is no wi-fi network inside the room.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice food, very near to the Park.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Our main focus was finding a hotel near Disneyland and Disneysea. This hotel was just that as they provided a free shuttle service to Disneyland for about 5-10 minutes. The hotel provided the basics that you'll need to freshen up and get rested for the day.
Cons: From an English Speaker's perspective, it was kind of difficult communicating, but it wasn't impossible with the use of google. Also the food options were a little expensive with mediocre choice of food.

Cons: 1) Absence of a wardrobe 2) Water was not provided as complementary service 3) Replacement of toothbrushes everyday was not needed (it was a waste) 4) Absence of drinks in the refrigerator and other snacks in the room 5) Bedside tables on both sides
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The environmental policy to offer free water when I didn't have my room refreshed each day.
Cons: I was in a smoking room - yuk!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very near the train station. Easy to get around. Lots of activity nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. A lot of things available to do if you're staying for longer than 1 day, which was what we were doing.
Cons: The bed wasn't very comfortable. Normally I like a firm mattress, but one night after this one my back was aching. I can't really blame the hotel for this since it's a mattress and that's usually subjective.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Good clean hotel
Cons: The lift - every time you used the lifts it would stop at reception on level 2 (even when no one had selected that floor) - if you used the lifts a couple of times a day this is so many unnecessary stops and very rarely were there people getting off on that floor
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Best buffet breakfast in my recent trip. Mainly Japanese food with some sausage, bacon, ham, etc. Food is carefully made. Juices are good with many other choices of drink. Typical Japanese breakfast is served with steamed rice, miso soup, salted appertizer, beans and so on. Restaurant setting is good with three individual booths that if you are lucky you can seat on. Other seats are open setting. Hotel and room are quite old. Sofa is worn out. Room setting is not that user friendly. Booked a more expensive room but the quality is just so so. Maybe you should consider booking the basic one is fine.
Cons: Hotel and room is outdated.
7,9 Good
Pros: Convenient for JR - a short walk to station and shopping/food mall
Cons: Check in on an automated kiosk - prefer a person. But staff at desk was friendly and helpful. Room had space for walking and unpacking.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great for visiting Kawasaki and traveling around thanks to nearby train stations. The hotel has a 24/7 convenient store next door (Family Mart). Check in and out were super easy through the automated system. The room itself was more spacious than I expected (compared to other hotel accomodations I have seen in Japan.) The building is secure with keycard access for the elevators and late night front doors.
7,5 Good
Pros: we booked a double room, which a little too small with all our suitcases but great location, lots of shops and restaurants around. Easy access to public transport too.
Cons: no view from the room at least on lower floors
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, no breakfast as we had an early train.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very big room! And the breakfast was very nice as well, lots of different choice and delicious.
Cons: The view from the window was not great

Cons: Luvved it all, and so close to Disneyland etc.

7,9 Good
Pros: Location, breakfast and shuttle.
Cons: The room was a smoking room. Probably my fault when I made the reservation, but still can’t believe those exist, it smelled of ashtray big time. The shuttle to Disney is great, but the first one leaving at 7:30 does not make sense considering breakfast starts aat 7:00. Breakfast should start earlier or having a shuttle at 7:45 or 8:00 would help. Finally, the last shuttle back at 22:30 from the station, considering the Disney Sea park closes at 20:00 also is useless. It would be better to have the shuttle back at 23:00 and or 23:30. Finally it would also be better to have more vegan options for breakfast, and how about soy milk?
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here due to the proximity to Disney. The hotel provided a free shuttle to and from Disney each day which was very handy! Staff were great and the shuttle was easy to organise.
