9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, very clean room, very comfortable beds, very convenient shuttle bus to Disney land/sea... everything exceeds our expectation.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Room was extremely spacious! Highly recommended!
Cons: It was alittle far from disneyland/disneysea though shuttlebus was provided!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room, easily accessible with the frequent shuttle bus, Family Mart is just on the opposite street.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Modern, clean & spacious. Breakfast buffet very good. An on-site family Mart an excellent addition. Beds very comfortable too
Cons: Nothing!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are small which is very common in Japan. we had a 4 person room that still fit 2 big suitcases and the rest of our 7 member family would come over to eat. Tight fit but still comfortable. The hotel provides a shuttle for free to Disney land and a shuttle back. The last shuttle is 11 pm. Its a family friendly hotel. The family mart on the second floor was very helpful. If you're booking more than one room and want to stay in the hotel , please be aware that there is the emion square and emion tower. Our family was accidentally split when I booked but it wasnt any problem at all. The hotels are literally a 40 second walk apart. If you need a can to anywhere the hotel will call you one. The train station is around a 7-10 minute walk. We managed to walk from and to the station with our big suitcases so it is doable. It is very clean. And room service provided evey morning. They also have washing facilities on site.
7,0 Good
Pros: The shuttle to Disney. My room has a view if the Disney fireworks and Mt Fuji on a clear day.
Cons: The distance to the train station which is around 1km - a pain lugging 2 luggage bags and 2 kids. We didn’t find the staff consistently helpful.
7,9 Good
Pros: Staff members are cheerful and informative. The room size is quite spacious comparing to the average room size in Tokyo. They have familymart and hot spring spa in level 3 of the hotel. Multiples shuttle buses to Disneyland and Disneysea. Its not quite expensive and very convenient for people who want to go to Disneyland.
Cons: I booked this hotel just simply because I thought its close to Disneyland but then I realised the public transport in Tokyo is so accessible that moving to the hotel next to the Disney didn't make our trip easier...so in the future I will definitely recommend my friends to live in Shinjuku and take the train to wherever they would like to go in Tokyo.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the fact that they have a convenient store on the 2nd floor! Especially since it's the winter, with 2 toddlers, it would have been tough to go out in the cold to buy supplies/food. Loved it!!
7,5 Good
Pros: Staff service
Cons: No many choices for breakfast especially for halal or vegetarian diet
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved that this motel offered large rooms, very clean, helpful staff, close to the train station and food. Also enjoyed using the onsen in the accommodation it is a must! They also have a7 eleven in the motel!
Cons: Everything was perfect

8,2 Excellent
Pros: Very close to Disneyland and Disneysea. The rooms were kid friendly and spacious.
Cons: Could have had laundry machines.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location with tram line to take us to Disneyland just across from the hotel. Our room is amazing and very spacious.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staffs were helpful when i needed a doctor for my sick daughter.
Cons: The breakfast buffet can be improved.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location of this hotel is perfect! Near the train/metro, great Mall, hotel provides a shuttle to get back and forth between the station and hotel. The Staff so nice and helpful. Thank you for such a wonder experience in Tokyo Japan!
Cons: Nothing! The hotel was great and a wonderful experience.
7,9 Good
Pros: Great to stay for Disneysea
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the Disney monorail. The room had an amazing view of Tokyo Bay. There’s even a 24 hour convenience store at the hotel. The staff were very helpful. Overall wonderful experience.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The staff were very helpful so was the coach to the airport
Cons: Booked a double room for 2 adults and it had single beds that we hardly fit in. In comparison we stayed at the apa hotel chain for the first part of the trip and found it much more comfortable, the Hilton was meant to be a treat at the end of the trip, it was not
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The cleanliness and service are top notch. Also the decor is nicer than it needs to be for being a standard Hilton property which is nice. Recently renovated restaurants and amenities make this a fantastic property.
Cons: This is true of most resort area properties but the location is far from restaurants and other sights in the city. Not a big deal since the purpose is for Disney and the convenience store in the hotel is affordable for cheap meals.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and shuttle transportation to nearest train station.
9,1 Excellent
Pros: Great rooms, simple and stylish, friendly staff, incredible workout room, located right across from monorail stop
Cons: A couple sketchy stains on the wall and under-bed-curtain-thing... but everything else was super clean
7,0 Good
Pros: Spacious room with good sized beds (bigger than most in Japan, one bed slept two adults comfortably). Amenities were nice! Gym double the size I expected. Staff excellent, spoke great english. Excellent proximity to Disney and train station.
Cons: Beware of the breakfast buffet! We weren't told the price and it was billed to the room...nice but not worth the price: $150/ 2 adults and 2 kids. Shower was wonderful but no fan=insane humidity left everything drenched. Had to shower with door wide open.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location was good and the shuttle bus service was very frequent.
Cons: The room service staff pretended he did not understand English. His pretence was so bad that he did not understand what cocoa meant. Since I understand Japanese I explained to him to look under the drinks (nomimono) section and under the the ocha (tea) was cocoa (pronounced similarly in Japanese) as the katakana writing also read koko. Then he understood!!!! After mentioning the word ten times!!! After that to show his displeasure at being called out for him pretence, the drinks showed up looking like this...refer to photo. There was cocoa stains on the outside of the cups. Which one does not see even from a three star hotel, much less Disney hotel. I was very disappointed by the room service staff.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our stay. Friendly staff with great restaurants and facilities. Walking distance to the Disney resort liner, or there is a shuttle bus that will take you to it which is handy when it’s cold or rainy. Price was great considering it’s near Disney, and our room was very grand and large. Getting to Disney and to downtown Disney was easy and definitely a great location.
Cons: The beds were very hard compared to what were use to in Australia but I’m told this is more common in japan, it didn’t bother us too much once asleep. This isn’t the easiest to get into central Tokyo from so if you plan on visiting the city I would change hotels once finished at Disney.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was HUGE and very handy to Bayside Station on the Disney monorail line. We stayed at the Sheraton last time we visited TDR and this is every bit as good (if not better).
Cons: Nothing - it's a great place to stay when visiting TDR.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: everything went well.. and beyond our expectation.. the stay was very well spent.. the staff, rooms and accommodation are great.. the hotel is very clean.. even though a little bit far from the mall, but there is a shuttle bus would pick up you. our stay is great.. fabulous.
Cons: quite from the mall but its okey..
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The service of the hotel, including the reception and the traffic transportation between train station and airports, is excellent.
Cons: The hotel may like to provide coffee bags and a good quality of the hair dryer in the room for guests.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is amazing. Not only is the staff some of the best I've ever encountered, the location is fabulous. Located across the street from the Disney Resort Line, it's convenient and easy to travel to the parks. I will definitely stay here again on our next Japan vacation.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location and the staff were extra nice. We loved the Disney shop and the desert bar after being at Disney land all day the beds felt so comfortable. we have booked to stay again next year!
Cons: The coffee but that was nearly everywhere in Japan. I Also would have liked milk in my bar fridge but I believe that too is not custom in Japan which was ok too. Other then that we loved our stay. thank you hotel okura Tokyo bay we will def stay again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved our room and the amenities. the staff were very attentive and kind. we felt very comfortable and happy with our accommodation. we loved the breakfast and would love to stay there again. it was truly a magical part of tokyo!
Cons: the coffee. and no milk in our room to have with tea. Buts thats ok. we were in Japan. I totally get that it is not in their culture to have milk with coffee and tea. all good really I just had to ask for milk.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was outstanding, the staff was amazing. When I asked about restaurants that served fugu they even helped me find one.
Cons: Nothing there perfect
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent Disney partner hotel, very well appointed with facilities like in-hotel convenience store, large public bath, baggage forwarding service, Disney souvenir store, etc.
Cons: Not a peeve but just a word of caution: there is a mad crush of check-in guests after 10pm when the parks close. The hotel has a call number system to make the wait less uncomfortable. Disneyland is about a 20 minute shuttle ride away and Disneysea another 5 minutes, so if you're going early before park opening time to queue, plan accordingly.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were renewed since last stay. It always great to stay.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location. Convenient to go Disneyland with their Shuttle Service

Pros: Big room and so spacious. Train station, convenient store just cross the road, but we're not take the train. Rent a car in Japan, outside Tokyo should be ok, free parking, in Tokyo you must pay and not cheap in this hotel.
Cons: Parking fees so expensive.

Cons: none
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great - right beside the Shin Urayasu train station and across from a variety of shops and restaurants. There is even a very convenient airport limo bus from Haneda right to the train station! Shuttles also run regularly between the hotel and Disneyland / DisneySea.
Cons: The layout of the room is unconventional, with a big cluster of sofas right in the middle of the room and therefore making it quite cluttered. The room was also pricey for our 2-night stay. But the giant bathroom makes up for everything :)

Pros: Just opposite to the station and shopping areas and the free shuttle bus to the theme parks

10,0 Excellent
Pros: It's proximity to Disneyland.
Cons: The pool hours. They need to be open earlier and later to accommodate people going to Disneyland during the day but still wanting to swim in the morning or the evening.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was lovely. Had all we needed and was conveniently located close to Disney with travel easy to manage going there. Even had cool movies and games down stairs to keep kids or adults entertained whilst check in or purchasing tickets etc.
Cons: Nothing it was greats
8,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel itself was beautiful with restaurants and shops and amenities that provided enough that you didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to. The room I had was newer and well designed with a great view of the Disney parks.
Cons: My room had two single beds and for the price I paid there should have been at least a queen. The coupons I was given for breakfast was given to me under my door every day inside an envelope which is not only a waste of paper, but also annoying to not be given all of them at once especially since they said the date on them. The Oasis area felt dated and run down.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: How close it was to the park and how quickly the buses took you to and from the hotel to the monorail station.
6,0 Good
Pros: Very close to the Disneyland train. Friendly staff.
Cons: Got a park wing double twin room. So if you are wondering whether the park is referring Disneyland or the parking structure, it is the latter. The third floor room oversees the driveway of the hotel next door and a slim view of the Tokyo bay, and nothin.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Close proximity to Disneyland themes parks.
Cons: Expensive restaurant
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely close to Disney, friendly staff and clean decent sized rooms. The beds were very comfortable
4,0 Okay
Pros: Close to Disney
Cons: Charged for everything, staff tried to help but language was a barrier.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: This is the perfect location for going to the Tokyo Disney Resort! It’s more affordable than the Disney hotels and so close on the same monorail loop! Staff were friendly and helpful and the room is the biggest you’ll find in Tokyo. The park wing was excellent and modern. Comfy bed!
Cons: We sometimes would have appreciated a more affordable eating option. The cheap cafe Toastina is okay, but a little overpriced for lunch and not heaps of options. We mostly ate in the parks but sometimes you need a snack! Otherwise we were happy and will stay again.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, variety of dishes, great staff
Cons: all was great
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is beautiful and very convenient for visiting the Tokyo Disney Resort.
Cons: WiFi is $10 a day unless you book directly through their membership program.
6,8 Good
Pros: If going to Disney, it’s close.
Cons: Staff was mediocre. I expect better service when in Japan. Grand Cafe buffet was a gouge. Indoor pool-free, outdoor pool-$30-40 Ikspari has a bunch stores, restaurants and a grocery.

5,1 Okay
Pros: I chose this hotel for location because it was near Disney parks and had a shuttle. I paid almost $200/night for a room for up to 4 guests and was given a rather small Spartan room with 2 twin beds with a half size pillow on each and no closets. We drove down in the morning, parked and went in to see if we could possibly check in early, so we wouldn’t have to leave the park and come back to the hotel at the 3pm check-in. We just wanted to do the paperwork and leave our bags with the bell capt. to be taken to our room when it was ready. They said no to the check-in, but that leaving the car in the parking area was fine. We went out, got on the shuttle, which didn’t take us to the park, but to the monorail station where we were charged $2.50 each, each way, then again when we returned to check-in to the hotel. Breakfast buffet $32, dinner buffet $42. Final insult was $57 for parking 11am to 7am the next morning. All costs are approximate.
Cons: Covered above
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Frequent shuttle bus to Disneyland and monorail station.
Cons: No wifi in room.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location and the staff
Cons: Offer more selection of hot drinks like coffee, chocolate and tea
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Our main focus was finding a hotel near Disneyland and Disneysea. This hotel was just that as they provided a free shuttle service to Disneyland for about 5-10 minutes. The hotel provided the basics that you'll need to freshen up and get rested for the day.
Cons: From an English Speaker's perspective, it was kind of difficult communicating, but it wasn't impossible with the use of google. Also the food options were a little expensive with mediocre choice of food.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Design of the hotel room, great view from hotel room (bay), having 3 restaurants, its proximity to Disney resort, free shuttle service, and very friendly and professional staff.
Cons: Sometimes the other two restaurants were closed (I.e., during Christmas day).
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room and beautiful view.
Cons: Would be good if there was adaptor available for guests to borrow free of charge.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Love everything ,it very good
Cons: No
7,0 Good
Pros: Having shuttle service to travel to train station and disneyland/Disney sea is convenient. Room is spacious with sufficient space for luggage. Breakfast spread is good too.
Cons: Furniture looks a little old. Pillows are quite thin. No channels with English programmes and remote control had no labels in English.
1,0 Poor
Cons: No wifi in the rooms, only in the main lobby. Super weird, I travel a lot and this has never happened, and it was not a glitch, I asked in the reception, it is just not having WiFi in other floors than lobby. Booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, room had only 2 single beds, pretty hard to sleep in those with 2 kids. Way overpriced for the quality.

8,5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was impeccable from the desk to the maids. Attentive to your needs and very clean.
Cons: The rooms are very small which is typical however the air conditioning was not sufficient. Very hot and stuffy They give you a fan but not much help.

4,2 Okay
Pros: It’s right next to the station so convenience is good
Cons: Executive room isn’t worth it... even bring Nikko member doesn’t hold any clout. Bed is beside a wall and when I explained having a broken collar bone made this hard getting in and out of bed was simply told to pay more for a room with easier access No water in the room No flexibility with check out No real service at all Second visit to this hotel Won’t be a next. Very disappointed

Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: Big room and so spacious. Train station, convenient store just cross the road, but we're not take the train. Rent a car in Japan, outside Tokyo should be ok, free parking, in Tokyo you must pay and not cheap in this hotel.
Cons: Parking fees so expensive.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel surrounding is good, easy to find meal for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. There's free shuttle bus to Tokyo Disney Resort. Getting to airport limousine bus to Haneda is nearby. Also there's bus terminal only 3 minutes walk. Staff are remarkably nice & helpful.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Just opposite to the station and shopping areas and the free shuttle bus to the theme parks
Cons: Nothing really
