Pros: We had a suite for 4 people - ( there was 5 of us but our 4 year old shared our bed ) the suite was huge it was a lovely 2 floor suite with 2 bathrooms ! We had to book last min as was travelling back through Europe to England , so didn’t get a lot of time enjoy it as checked in at 9pm ! All the staff were lovely and spoke brilliant English ! It’s in the centre of ulm so great access to the town ! Thankyou

Pros: It is a very spacious room with many facilities for the price we paid. We especially appeciated that it was possible to book a family room with room for 5 persons ( instead of being forced to book two rooms because most hotels offer family rooms for families of 4). The beds were very good. The hotel is close to the old city center. The breakfast was value for money.

It’s more of a quick city hotel so for us the price was a little high for the type of hotel it was then to pay for extras bumped it up more ( but to be fair when I looked most other hotels in Germany were similar adding on breakfast and parking ) !

Cons: Considering the fact that this is a room for max 7 persons (we were with a family of 5) 1 bathroom means waiting. An extra separate toilet would certainly add value. If climbing stairs is a problem, the room we booked is not very suitable because the elevator goes to the second floor, the entrance of the room is on the third floor, and the room itself has stairs to the fourth floor.

Cons: The cons were as follows First their was no kettle in the room to make tea! I asked the front desk for a kettle they said they would get one and one was never provided. Next con for me was the fitness facility which was 5 Euro extra for the worst hotel gym I have ever seen. No free weights no working treadmill and crappy cable equipment. This was a total ripoff never buy this extra. My last beef with this hotel was the only option for breakfast was 25 Euro which is outrageous for a mid week breakfast serving. Charging people 25 Euro for some tea and biscuits is out of line.

Pros: The room exceeded our family expectation, we thought it could be more discreet, but it was very good. It was very clean and cosy. The staff was very friendly. The car parking is a bit away, but it's still free for guests.
Cons: There was no air conditioner in the room, but the family room was on the first floor and the temperature was enough good to sleep very well, even there was very-very hot outside. Maybe the room price was a bit high (the most expensive within our stay in South Germany).

Cons: I made a mistake in my reservation, by booking an additional night. I arrived on Monday evening and should leave on wednesday, however Thursday night was booked by mistake. I have asked the possibility to cancel this night at my arrival (Monday evening) but I never received any positive answer. The person at the office was not able to give me an answer, and we have to send an email to the headquarter for this standard and simple request, and never received any feedback. My company will never come back in this hotel who definitely doesn't care about customer satisfaction and services.

Cons: First of all: the room was al least 30 degrees Celsius, when it was only 20 degrees outside. No airconditioning and when you opened the window you smell the urine of the train station. Second: the room wasn’t clean at all - dust - dirt on the ground - sweaty prints on the doors Third: the shower had no pressure at all Last but not least: there is a big construction ground in front of the hotel. So you’ll be awake at 07:00 in the morning. Conclusion: Don’t book this hotel, there are way better alternatives for the same price.

Cons: We were greeted upon arrival to be told we were the only people staying there so if we wanted breakfast we had to decide ASAP so that someone could come in to cook it! We were left to sleep alone in the hotel, which as a mother with two small children travelling without my husband, it made me feel quite insecure. The absence of staff was a problem because there was no bottom sheet for the sofa bed (which I had to make up myself) and no one to ask to get one. I therefore had to use a duvet cover as a bottom sheet (the sofa bed mattress was unclean) and share a duvet with my daughter as I didn't want to use a duvet without a sheet! There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the hotel and with no one downstairs to buy one from, it was impossible to get anything to drink once the kids were in bed. Very overpriced for what it was and I would not stay here again based on the reception I received.

Cons: Though the 70s/80s green tiles on the wall definitely had charm, this place could profit from a fresh paint on the wall and a slight update of the furniture. The showers were so unappealing that I preferred not to shower. It wasn’t necessarily dirty, but since it hasn’t been updated in 30 years, you should see the wear and tear.

Cons: With the price , the wc seat was not clean , the bathroom was near the place of wardrobe. It was like big washbasin tub ... and tv was like 13 inch laptop. Nit at all happy with this price this kind of hotel.

Cons: The elevator is small and looks quite old, as well as the whole hotel. One biscuit on the bed looked quite funny, i mean, leave at least mineral water bottle or something as a greeting present, or don't leave anything at all :) It was really hot outside when i stayed in, and as there was a thunderstorm coming, i closed the windows, so it got pretty hot inside. There was a woman constantly shouting in the above room in the late evening, but ear plugs solved the problem.

Cons: When we arrived we were told there were no more parking spaces left and we would have to find parking on the street. The bed was lumpy and had a big hole in the centre. The curtains did not cover the whole window leaving a 50cm gap and light entered the room from the street lamps.
