Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. Many also appreciated the breakfast, describing it as varied and satisfying. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, outdated furniture, and poor service, including unresponsive staff and complicated check-in processes. Room size was occasionally mentioned positively, with some guests finding their accommodations spacious and comfortable. Overall, while the location and breakfast stood out as highlights, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
