Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Many also appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the beds. However, several guests complain about high noise levels, especially due to poor sound insulation and street noise. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some noting well-maintained rooms while others mention outdated decor and cleanliness issues.
