Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location. However, many reviews highlighted issues with service, including slow or unhelpful staff, and problems with amenities such as air conditioning, WiFi, and outdated furniture. Bed comfort was also a common complaint, with several guests mentioning old or uncomfortable mattresses. While some guests enjoyed positive interactions with staff and appreciated the spacious rooms and pool, others were disappointed by maintenance issues and lack of accessibility for disabled guests. Overall, the positives centered on cleanliness and location, but service and amenities often fell short of expectations.
