Small rooms. Terrible housekeeping staff. Particularly the housekeeping manager who bangs on the door instead of communicating with the front desk about guest check outs and check out times. When asked about it, he cops a giant attitude. I could keep going but I don’t want to waste more of my time

Pros (+) I stayed in a room with a king that was super comfy! The bar was nice and overall I had a nice stay.
Cons (-) The only compliant I have is that a couple of the towels/wash cloths had a dingy tint to them like they hadn't been fully cleaned. But really, other than that, no problems.
