Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's superb lakefront location, especially for its direct views of the fireworks from many rooms. The breakfast buffet and meal variety received positive mentions, with several guests enjoying both Japanese and Western options. While the hotel is described as dated with old facilities and decor, most found the rooms clean and the value for price reasonable. Service was mixed, with some staff noted as helpful and others less so. Room size and comfort were generally acceptable, though some found them small or basic. Overall, the location and unique lake experience were the highlights.
