Stayed 4 nights at various stages on our trip around the Loire Valley. The hotel is in a great location close to the nightlife, shops and restaurants of Tours. Be warned at weekends there is a nightclub located close by and the music can be heard somewhat in some of the rooms. Avoid Room 15/16 on a friday or saturday night. The girl on reception advised of this when we arrived. She was also very helpful when i explained I had some alergies.Our first room was on the very top floor and is a bit of pain due to no lifts to carry bags upto. The second room we has was Room 9 which has a nice position overlooking the square and its very quaint. We did not have the breakfast so cant commment. I would recommend this hotel to other people
Small things No coffee/tea making facilities in the room and for some the music on weekends might be offputting.

Excellent location and pleasant room
The bed was not comfortable and there was intrusive music noise until the very early hours of the morning from a nightclub within the same building complex - to minimise this, ask for a room that faces into the square, although the square can also be noisy too. Ideal for people who sleep heavily or have heavy duty earplugs. The reception desk has limited opening hours which is inconvenient for left luggage and the room servicing times are variable. Don't be deceived, the web-site offers no discount to rack rate.

The hot water did not always work first time, and there is a disco open until 5am next door ( not Monday's)

The hotel was very clean and in an excellent location. Staff were friendly. The room was nicely decorated.
The lack of a lift is a pain. Did not like the absence of tea-making facilities and a waste bin in the room. Towels were thin and small.

Located in the center of the city, near the riverside you can explore Tours very easily.
The hotel has rooms with windows directly to the place de la resistance, which can be very noise during the whole night, especially on saturdays and sondays.

“Perfect location for visiting the old town, cathedral, musée and other sights. Close to restaurants and shopping and situated in a quiet square which has pay parking. Very good breakfast, the staff were friendly and the hotel was extremely clean. If in Tours again we would choose to stay here again. Thank you”
