i stayed at the livermead house as i was attending a wedding there the staff were very rude and the hotel was shabby.
Staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory and the lounge was comfortable. I appreciated a local real ale offered in the bar.
Mould on tiles in the bathroom
Staff very helpful. Food excellent
Rooms in need of updating.
The hotel was very luxurious and impressive in the downstairs facilities with a good number of staff.
The bedroom decor was very dated and the ensuite needed considerable work; the tiles were cracked and the shower was inadequate. The room needed double-glazing.
The staff were extremely attentive and helpful and the food was very good.
My single bedroom was dark and shabby.
Good food polite staff
Rather expensive meals
Staff most kind and helpful, courteous and proffesional. Very well decorated and a pleasure to reside in.
Tv in room was poor, food quality offered did not match the general High standard of the Hotel
Lovely view of the bay and a very comfortable bed room. Beautiful dining room, excellent food, very attentive, courteous and friendly staff - a very enjoyable experience.
Hard to find fault in any way.
Well appointed hotel. Lovely bedroom overlooking pool/terrace and bay. Good food. Service excellent.
The rooms we were given were too small for a double and twin room, and barely any room to walk around the beds. The walls were that thin you could clearly here the toilet facilities in the adjacent rooms. This hotel clearly needs updating in all areas. It clearly caters for the elderly in all areas, especially the entertainment.
