The hotel staff were very helpful and polite and the hotel itself was very comfortable
The room wasn't warm enough, neither was the water in the shower/bath, and I had terrible trouble parking near the hotel on the night I arrived, I assume due to a function there ?
We enjoyed the dinner and the time afterwards in the bar. Team were very helpful.
The heating in the bathroom was not up to what was needed during a cold spell. The room was furthest away from the centre.
The atmosphere in the bar in the evening was relaxing and Christmassy and the bar food and breakfast were excellent.
The bar area could have been a bit warmer.
We found it to be a high class hotel with very good buffet breakfasts and a wonderful view if the bay
We found the hotel car park very dark and dingy
Needed bedware changing , but otherwise perfect
Location and leisure facilities. The hotel could be so good, but misses the mark.
Very slow service - poorly cooked food - expensive dinners for what was available - dirty crockery - wanted to charge for using the in-room safe
The staff were polite and extremely helpful. The hotel was comfortable although the lift was a little small.
General ambience and helpfulness of staff. The evening meal was of a particularly high standard.
Too much chlorine in the swinning pool!
