The staff is really nice, although their English is not so good, so it was a little difficult, but they were really helpfull. The hotell is really clean, and you can take a new pajamas every evening, air-conditioning is great. The breakfast is nice, although it consists of different kind of pastry (croissants, etc), juice, boiled eggs and coffee. The location is great, the subway, the station that is connected with the airport, the zoo and Ueno park are very close. The whole block around is great for walking and sightseeing especially at night.
I wish the was something like a yogurt or cereal for breakfast, although sometimes it was quite crowded during the breakfast, barely any place to sit. The bathroom was tiny, which was ok for me, but I can't imagine taller people being comfortable there. Also the check-in time is quite late (4 pm) and the check-out is quite early (10 am).
Nice, helpful staff.
I visited in winter-time, it was cold in the room especially the floor, no sealing in the windows. I was not expecterd that heating is done by air condition and took a lot of time to heat up the room however it is common in japan as I experienced at other accomodations.
Everything... room, free breakfast etc.
Time of room cleaning from 10 am - 4.00 pm is unsuitable where the tourists should leave the room within that time if they want their room to be cleaned. Others are OK.
The location is just minutes from multiple train stations, the room is spacious and has the all the amenities you may need. The staff is friendly, the hotel is a minute away from a 24h convenience store and the best tomato ramen ever!
The staff may have difficulty in English, the bedsheets are not very clean, the breakfast is very minimal and no water boiler in the room.
Location for going to Narita AiReport afterwards
Strictly functional rooms and not so cosy Industrial “western” breakfast : such a pity neither the juices neither the coffee was freshly made, no tea proposed and only eggs and croissant-types (no fruit ? No milk or yoghurt ?)
