This was probably the best overall city hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Every experience with a staff member was above excellent and everyone went the extra mile to make us welcome. The best were extremely comfortable and our every need was taken care of. They even provided us with PJ yukatas (informal kimono type pjs) and trainers for the gym. Beyond anything you would expect in Europe. The hotel itself has 3 Michelin star restaurants, a really cool jazz bar and an incredible spa (the sauna has a view). The hotel even has a church. I loved this experience.
Seriously this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in!!! It's perfect and the staff is beyond amazing and super friendly!! They made our honeymoon a Fantastic one!! Every single detail in this hotel is amazing and focusing on how adorable the staff is!!! PERFECT
The breakfast is particularly good
Really luxurious room, great view, very friendly staff
- Room view - Location (right above Ginza line) - Staff professionalism
