Location was ok - close to Shinjuku tourist area.
Floor hadn't been vacuumed - long hairs everywhere. The room's window had been sealed shut and then covered over - not very nice to be in a room with no natural light or ventilation. Tiny room, no bedside light, marks all over the walls. The 'by the hour' sign out the front didn't inspire any good feelings when within the hotel room.

Amazing location, right in the center of Shinjuku. Room was quite small but just what we needed, nice comfy beds, nice bathroom facilities, a wide range of toiletries in the room which was so nice, we didn't use any of our own stuff!
We were in a smoking room so everything smelt like cigarettes which wasn't very nice. We did ask to change but there weren't any other rooms which was a shame, but I think this was partially our fault as we just booked the cheapest room.
