I’m very appreciate that Wing hotel have provide speak Cantonese staff for services us.
Room too small for three people
It was a nice experience
Not much I didn’t like, pretty standard
It was near Shinjuku station and there was a club nearby.
The bathroom was very clean and the staff from the lobby very welcoming. Location is amazing! Its right at Kabukicho.
The room did not have a window and it was getting warm at night (I dont use A/C throughout the night). Breakfast was decent, but nothing special.
The hotel room was an acceptable size and the bed sleeps 2 if you were both of Asian average build. The hotel is clean and there are easy to use show wearing equipment under the table. You can place a few big luggages but probably only open one at a time. Water temperature is easy to control and toiletries are clean and provided. Front desk staff are very friendly and there’s free water and tea for guests at the lobby. There’s a computer and printer you can use there too. Breakfast is decent. Food is not overly salty, sweet, or oily. Internet is nice and strong. They managed to place us in rooms that are close by.
The entrance is like a small back entrance and it’s basically an elevator door that you have to take to the 3rd floor, where the lobby is. The bed is too small for two non couple persons who are bigger sized than average Asians. The toilet requires a step up to access which is kinda weird. There’s no labelling whether the tap water is safe for consumption. There’s ice but no indication in the room that it is provided. If we wanted to pay to watch some movies, we didn’t know how to go about paying for it. The breakfast could do with more choices (since it’s an international hotel). There’s only one key card which we have to return to front desk every time we leave the hotel. It’s slightly inconvenient since there are several staff and not all of them will recognise you and not all of them speak English (so they won’t understand the room number). The outside surrounding area of the hotel building can be quite filthy. Careful of half full beer cans and vomit while walking.
