The location was great. Near to plenty of good places to eat and not far from the train station. The rooms are a good size and comfy. The breakfast was good. Godzilla was entertaining when he roars on the hour
The rooms had thick dust on some of the furniture
Staff was helpful n the shower cubicle
Bed, linen n the pillows etc.
Central position in Shinjuku. Sex oriented neighborhood in the night.
This is clearly not a 4 star hotel. No service, small rooms. It's a standard 3 stars. Too much expensive for the poor service.
The hotel is centrally located and close by to all kinds of places to eat and shop. Although it is in the center of the so called "red light district", we felt safe walking around and there was really nothing "red" or alarming about the location. Will definitely stay here and recommend the hotel to family and friends.
But the acutal facilities were very good
Too many people want you to go to tittiebars and massage from young girl. Annoying to say the least
