Pros:Do not rent here!! They lied to us about the car rental. Want more money (3x more). They blame all the to Kayak website do not have their inventory and intend of a full size car they want to have me a mini compact manual car from early 2000’s with a lot of damagedCons:No not offer this company anymore I contact Hotwire and cancel this reservation. Cons:I had made a reservation for a vehicle with plenty of time in advance and when I show up to pick up the car, they said they no longer had the car available. They couldn’t respect the reservation price or anything.Reviewed Dec 24 2020

Cons:I reserved the car with an 11AM pickup time. I called the local office to confirm that this was correct. I reached the airport and the person working there said that they didn’t have anything available, and that their system showed the reservation as 11pm. We were not able to rent the car.Reviewed Jun 24 2019

Hidden costsPros:Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were shuttled to the rental agency and given a car. The car was clean and comfortable. Dropping the car off went smoothly and quickly with no delay getting us to our flight on time.Cons:I was led to believe the price quoted online would include everything. Upon arrival we were informed of the mandatory insurance which was way more than the cost of the rental. It was definitely not what I expected to pay. They also put a very high hold on my credit card while we had the car. I would have liked to know about all of this before booking.Reviewed Sep 18 2018

Terrible experience !Cons:Car was not in a good mechanical condition. Everyone seemed to be fine until 3 days after driving the car. The breakes were not working! I considered that to be a major issue; i was afraid I'd be in a higher risk of getter no into an accident. When I called they concluded by saying "We only act when the vehicle has a rally severe damage, and that the breaks not functioning wasn't one of them. They simply told me to take go find a mechaninc and fix it myself with no chance of my getting a different vehicle, and instead they tried persuade me with a pricier vehicle.
