Cons (-) The lady that checked us in was very unfriendly and bordered on rude. Our room was unbelievable and not in a good way. I have stayed at many Shilo Inns over the years and luxury is a word that I would use to describe those hotels. This one, not at all. The room was sub-standard for a Shilo.
