9,0 Excellent
Pros: We were traveling with our elderly, ill dog. We called to request a room that was easy to access. They not only accommodated us, but left a basket with treats, bowls, and a very thoughtful get-well note. Breakfast offerings were also impressive.
Cons: The shower was a bit weak, and the curtains did not do a great job of fully blocking the light from the parking lot.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. Friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing at all.
7,0 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, towels made in the USA, and shower was great.
Cons: Rooms were loud. Thought that being new hotel it wouldn't be so loud. No hot tub.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and had a good selection.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Modern, clean, easy access to the freeway, good selection for breakfast, comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful, offered a coupon for a free appetizer at a local restaurant.
Cons: Not a show stopper but the location is in more of an industrial area of town. Just a bit sketchy. There really are only two restaurants within easy walking distance, Cousins and Denny’s. We had dinner at Cousins which had an extensive menu and was quite reasonable.

Pros: Friendly, professional, prompt & kind receptionist always starts things off right. Check-in happens smoothly and I get into the room where everything is beautiful, stocked fully, ready for a restful night. Comfortable bed, lots of pillows, good lights for reading and finishing a little work at the desk before watching something on the television and calling it a night. In the morning I enjoy a hot cup of coffee on the Keurig in my room, then pack up and have breakfast with a business colleague who lives in the next town over. The restaurant staff and chef visit us to check on things. They are a 10 on scale of 10. Paying good attention, but not hovering or bothering us while we get some things handled for work. I usually can't finish my entire breakfast it is quite large. So they box up the tasty leftovers including 1/2 omelette, fresh cut fruit and cottage cheese and pack it up for me to take on the road. Really nice touch. They don't just hand me the containers and say "have at it." It's the kind of service I really love about Cousins.

Cons: No
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. Lots of good options. I arrived early, and hoped to drop bags. Bonus! They gave me my room. Very happy about that.
Cons: I arrived early, hoping to drop my bags. Perhaps the 2 individuals up front thought I was checking out; I'm not sure; but gees. The one nearest me wouldn't even look up, and then just grunted and pointed to the other.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Clean, good breakfast, great amenities in the rooms only
Cons: I was not offered the promotion that comfort inn was advertising for by 2 nights get 1 free, the pool was way to cold for an indoor pool, the hot tub was cold and the jets didn't work, staff made poor efforts to fix the issues when multiple guest had said something. Our roo.s didn't have blackout curtains for privacy only just a white see thru one. Also the second morning we were there there was a worker on the grounds that was behind the building staring into our room while my friends and family (all women in this room) were getting dressed, who knows how long he was standing there before one of us noticed! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!

Cons: Staff hostile. Check in. Terrible.
6,3 Good
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: I have a bad knee and the room was on the second floor. There wasn’t an elevator. When I told the check-in lady, she made no attempt to get me a room on the first floor. Pros: Location. Cleanliness. Work well for overnight stay
Cons: Little out dated. Hheating/cooling dusty could be upgradedv
7,9 Good
Cons: The bathroom door would close looked like some one painted over it and it got stuck or something .
8,8 Excellent
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: Not enough blankets on the bed.
7,0 Good
Pros: It's an older property that does not try to hide it. Well priced. Clean, but run down. Nice folks. Not a bad area. We will stay there again if we are back in the area. I cannot say the same for the other 3 places we tried over the last 4 years. The area is unreasonably highly priced due to it's proximity to Hood River which is insanely expensive even for the worst accomodations. This place, in the Dalles, has no pretense and I appreciate it.
Cons: Sheets could have been a better fit for the bed.
7,0 Good
Pros: Price
Cons: The Room was very drafty had to put a towel at bottom of door Had to run the heater all day or else Room got very cold garbage can look like someone threw up in it.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location easy to access from the highway. Nice staff. Nice furnishings in the room. Good for long or short stay.
Cons: My rooms was not cleaned during the day and I was an two-day stay so I was surprised to find that nothing had been done in the room. Usually the bed gets remade and dirty towels get removed and replaced with clean. This did not happen

Cons: Bedbugs... Bedbugs.....

Cons: The area was a bit noisy.

Pros: It was close enough to the freeway to be convenient yet far enough away that it wasn't noisy. There was plenty of parking and the staff were extremely kind. The breakfast was pretty good too!
Cons: No
10,0 Excellent

Pros: Nice middle level hotel. Room was pleasant and swimming pool was nice. Staff kept us waiting. No one was at desk upon our arrival but once served very nice and provided a first floor room request. You do not want to look out the room window.
Cons: Exterior to rear of building is a mess. Clean it up!

Pros: Horrible checkin. Took 2 hours to resolve. Staff hostile.
Cons: Staff hostile. Check in. Terrible.
6,3 Good
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: I have a bad knee and the room was on the second floor. There wasn’t an elevator. When I told the check-in lady, she made no attempt to get me a room on the first floor. The room was extremely small and no place to unpack a second suitcase. Room was noisy due to freeway traffic right outside. Won’t stay here again.
